"Great to convert and onboard customers"
What do you like best about journy.io?

We’re able to prioritize clients and prospects. On a sales level our reps can focus on the low-hanging fruit that users have the best user engagement and already got their ‘aha’ moment. On a Customer Success level we now onboard customers in a structured, systematic way. We’re now way more proactive and are alerted of clients at risk or who we can upsell.

We see at a glance where every customer is in his journey. Mandatory for not flying blind.

Also, the real-time sync with our Hubspot and Intercom is great.

What do you dislike about journy.io?

If you're using the full functionality of the platform it can be sometimes overwhelming and complex to navigate through all the segments and signals. A better way to test the action triggers would also be nice

What problems is journy.io solving and how is that benefiting you?

Was tired of running blind. We had no clue what customers were doing in our platform, if they were going to convert, churn or upsell. Sales reps and CS team waited too long for data team to give the insights.

What do you like best about journy.io?

Knowing where each customer is in their journey + how healthy they use our software + automations.

What do you dislike about journy.io?

Overall nothing much. However it’s better to use Segment already, since connecting our platform would have been faster then.

What problems is journy.io solving and how is that benefiting you?

As we’re growing as a company it became more difficult to see how active users were on our platform. We wanted to check what really makes a customer good or bad.

We focus on smb clients so keeping track on why users churn was also a big reason.

What do you like best about journy.io?

It’s a game-changer for us. We now have massive visibility into what our clients are doing. It allows us to push them quicker through the funnel and expose upsell opportunities or churn risks.

What do you dislike about journy.io?

Nothing so far! Just started a couple of months ago.

What problems is journy.io solving and how is that benefiting you?

Making sure we know how users interact with our platform, getting insights into the ones that are in onboarding, and staying in touch with users that are not using the max of our product.

What do you like best about journy.io?

360° customer view, churn/buying/expansion signals in my CRM and the customer journey mapping to how everyone is doing.

What do you dislike about journy.io?

We use a custom CRM and had to put some effort in making a connection with it.

What problems is journy.io solving and how is that benefiting you?

Picking out what customers need a little push to convert or expand. We were looking in a black box before.

What do you like best about journy.io?

Being able to work in my CRM instead of switching to another application. It’s really easy to work with & the UI is straightforward. We use them across all departments from CS to marketing and product. The onboarding was good as well.

What do you dislike about journy.io?

Some more advanced features are harder to understand.

What problems is journy.io solving and how is that benefiting you?

We started growing really fast and weren’t sure how to find the low hanging fruit in our customer base. After connecting our platform and CRM we now have insights per customers, and get signals when someone is about the churn.
