Seeing alot of negative reviews here. I’ve been nothing but happy using jottacloud for two years now. Great service, great support and europe based company!

Should also mention I’m currently storing 7tbs of data on here and its working flawlessly. :D

Jottacloud is most helpful for its ability to easily access and store.

My least favorite thing about Jottacloud is that it's difficult to share files since not many people i know use the platform

Jottacloud helps me easily find photos that i've taken using the AI search

I really don't understand all the grief these people get. For what you pay, you get an excellent package. Sure, there's better/faster, but against a very, very steep premium. For the price, it is a five-star service for me and has been for nearly a decade. (And most of the negative reviews here are just so funny to read: "I didn't pay for just three months and they deleted all my files!" "I shared copyrighted files only with my family!" :) )

JottaCloud offers good service

JottaCloud offers good service, they usually reply pretty fast. They offer an unlimited storage plan!Although the site is a little slow. But hey, for €7.50 p/m you cannot complain for unlimited!

The BEST Backup Solution Available

Jottacloud is one of the best cloud backup packages on the market. Yes, it's slightly more expensive than the competition but the UI is far easier to use and backups are always reliable and trusted.Previously I used Livedrive and although initially it was satisfactory, as my backup completed it started to refuse to backup certain files.I'm really glad I moved to Jottacloud - peace of mind, reliable and simple to use - 5 Stars every time!

Reliable, solid and exceeds expectation...

Superb customer experience from start to finish backed up (pardon the pun) with an excellent product. The software and apps are solid performers and the server speed of up/downloads is on top form consistently. The option to have sync/backup and archive is incredibly useful and much more on offer than the usual backup solutions. Highly recommended!

I like that they are cheap and have multiple plans to choose from

What do you dislike about Jottacloud?

I dislike that they have a unlimited plan that is not unlimited. When you go over a certain amount of terrabytes of storage, they don't offer unlimited speed. This is not good customer service.

Recommendations to others considering Jottacloud:

I recommend others who do not need much backup space to choose Jottacloud because they are cheep

What problems is Jottacloud solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use jottacloud to backup my files from my computer and restore them. The fact that they are inexpensive is the main reason for choosing them. I am using them for my private backup needs.

What do you like best about Jottacloud?

Jottacloud is easy to use, very fast to load the files since it does not limit the speed of uploads and downloads. It has excellent multimedia features. Its history of file versions is unlimited and offers good features in terms of privacy and security. I also like that it allows me to upload several files simultaneously.

What do you dislike about Jottacloud?

The customer service is not very fast. I had a question about the installation and it took them several days to answer it, however, the answer did not clarify my doubt and I had to scale the ticket again to solve the problem. In the end, they responded to the days but I had already solved it with an online tutorial.

Recommendations to others considering Jottacloud:

Jottacloud is a complete and powerful cloud service. It does not present limitations for loading and unloading files. It is fast, reliable and for multiple devices. It has a good cost-benefit ratio. I recommend it.

What problems is Jottacloud solving and how is that benefiting you?

As an architect of solutions, I have to manage several SOA services configuration files that I edit on my computer in order to share them with my co-workers and that they are implemented in the environment area. Jottacloud allows easy sharing in several versions on different devices.
