I’ve been using JotForm for several years now, and I have to say—it’s one of the most versatile and user-friendly form-building tools I’ve come across. As someone who’s not particularly tech-savvy, JotForm's drag-and-drop interface was an absolute game changer. I never felt overwhelmed by the process. It’s just so easy to jump in, start creating a form, and customize it exactly the way I want. The pre-built templates are especially helpful—there are templates for everything from contact forms to job applications to customer feedback surveys.

That said, it can get a little expensive if you need more advanced features or additional submissions. But considering the functionality you get, I feel like it’s well worth the investment for businesses or anyone who needs forms regularly.

Final Rating: 5/5 I’ve been a happy JotForm user for years and can confidently say it’s one of the best form-building tools out there. The only thing that could make it better would be more advanced integrations on lower-tier plans, but overall, it’s a fantastic product. Highly recommend it!

They make managing my company 100 times easier when it comes to having access to all the forms available! Couldn't be happier with their services!

Jotform has been an amazing tool as opposed to Google Forms. The integrations with all the other apps, the preview you can do on a phone, tablet or desktop to view all options, the signature option, the multiple different selections you can use to personalize a form to your business. We are a franchise company with 17 companies in our business so being able to have an inbox where all my forms are answered is the BEST option for me. I wish the prices were a little bit cheaper for the annual price had a better discount because there is not a difference between paying a monthly price and an annual price but that is a minor detail.

We have been using Jotform for over 2 years, and in my position, it is my GO TO app for just about everything!

As an education manager of nearly 65 educators and a sales team of almost 80 worldwide, I know this app reaches everyone and does almost anything I need. I especially love being able to Google any question I have when facing a challenge, and 9 times out of 10, I find the answer, even CSS code for customization. When I don't, I use the chat feature on JotForm's site and converse with a live agent who is always happy to help.

With the help of JotForm, we have hired dozens of new educators, surveyed thousands of learners, and collected essential documents like Model Releases, Photo releases, NDA, MOUs, and more.

I love that I can seamlessly integrate my forms with other apps like Square and Zapier to collect payment and data.

You can even create an app from your forms! I made a Portal for our educators that includes links, a directory, videos, and more, serving as a 24-hour resource center for our entire team.

On a personal note, I have a personal account where I have sent out party invites with RSVPs, keeping everything in one location. I have also created forms for games at our gatherings with rating systems. Organization and fun are endless with JotForm!

Jotform has become my professional assistant, and my passion and hobby is helping others connect to the fantastic things you can use JotForm for.

I am new to Jotform, but I love it already. It's far easier to use than Google Forms or Hubspot CRM and much prettier. It's even easier than Adobe, so I think I will stick with them and pay for the upgrade.
