The modern client portal for innovative businesses
CoPilot is an excellent platform for providing clients of my design agency with an all-in-one experience. Messaging, invoicing, ticketing forms, and much more are seamlessly integrated. I highly recommend it
Nothing for the moment... Perhaps an integration with Notion? And maybe an integration with Freebe for invoicing?
Copilot addresses the primary challenge for an agency: the fluidity of exchanges and, most importantly, the ease of sharing files and information.
Copilot streamlines all the important features into one platform for my business and my clients. It's easy to use interface is a gamechanger as I did very minimal training for my clients and employees which saved me so much time + stress.
I also love that my clients have the Helpdesk feature where I can upload FAQs that we receive so they can always visit that section.
The chat feature is also great to streamline requests from clients and keep everything in one portal.
The only downside (which is not toooo bad) is the inability to preview files in the platform. In order for a client or employee to view a file, you have to download it to your computer first. This causes a lot of duplicate files on my computer and doesn't allow me to effectively upload my clients' brand assets.
Copilot is helping me to streamline all my clients' assets, communication, billing, etc.
It's saving me a lot of time by eliminating switching between 3-5 platforms, training my clients + employees on all those platforms, and I will no longer have to search 2841294 places for files to send clients as they are all uploaded into the portal and available for both parties to access!!
Copilot is user friendly, has convienent features, and is thoughtfully crafted to enhance the user experience.
The trial period could be longer to provide a more in depth trial experience of the platform.

My favourite part about co-pilot is it's flexibility to work with different apps. The tool integratees extremely well with most tools and the UX/UI is seemless. Their customer support is also always on the ball and willing to go the extra mile to support. The community as well is very helpful and the diescussions that happen in slack are insightful and help me use the tool better.
I do hope they can find a way to integrate Airtable interfaces within the tool. It would also be ideal if the app can send notifcations to our clients within the channel without having to set it up as a zap.

Its design and the thoughtfulness of its features. It's packed with all the services I need as an agency to manage my portfolio of clients, as well as manage the projects with all of them. It is easy to install and I'm using it daily
Copilot has a subscription billing cycle which, unfortunately for me, allows only USD and not EUR.
Everything is centralised within Copilot so me and my clients don't have to switch between multiple tools.
I like the white glove experience and that app integration allows me to put all of the tools from my tech stack in one place for my clients.
It is more expensive than I would have preferred.
Secure file sharing with my clients and having all of my client's deliverables in one place so they can easily retrieve them.
Everything is in one place for the agency and the clients. This reduces time logging into different places to accomplish one task.
I would like to see section or tab for notes. Some type of text editor for miscellaneous notes for each client.
Switching to Copolit has reduced my time completing administrative tasks for clients. It also gives the client one login versus having to login to different places to accomplish brand goals.
The endless possibilities with adding custom apps to help fit the needs of our clients while also maintain a sense of standardization and simplicity on our end as well.
No dislikes besides having stronger Google Integration with the Google Folders and Slides. That would be great to help keep clients in one location while we work together with various tools within the Google Suite.
Allows me to connect all my clients' tools that we use to collaborate together in one place. It also allows us to store our knowledge base of trainings and templates without having to rely on another vendor for services.
I attempted to use other client portals for my consulting business and they did not work like Copilot. It's easy to use and add on the branding features like custom domain and colors, it makes my client portal feel like mine!
Some of the functionality with the file system is lacking. Not enough room on smaller screens, feels like everything is smooshed together. Used to Dropbox for file sharing so it might just be me.

Got up and running very fast. Setup was quick and easy. Love all of the apps. Customer service is responsive and helpful. Lots of useful features, especially forms and e-signature to streamline onboarding. Overally, I'd definitely recommend Copilot!
Some basic apps (like Google Sheets/Docs) should be included in the Starter tier
