it's fast and good for tracking your workflow
How jobvite has the workflow with each applicant so it is easy to keep track of. I also like the ability to look up different steps in the workflow and see people who are in each step to be able to follow up.
Something that I dislike about jobvite is reporting and trying to create reports and then how you are unable to delete certain options in the disposition or in the additional questions. It just makes it hard to sort through.
I was not apart of another tracking system to be able to compare but being a new recruiter it was very easy to use and be able to learn in my new role as a recruiter!
I find that once you apply then being able to track your application and onboarding process is very helpful
