User-Friendly Interface, Efficient Candidate Management, Comprehensive Reporting Features, Excellent Customer Support
Outdated User Interface, Occasional Software Glitches, Limited Integration Options, Confusing Interview Feedback Functionality
User reviews for JobScore highlight its user-friendliness for both hiring teams and administrative staff, particularly its ease of navigation and robust features. Users praise the platform's ability to organize candidate information, streamline communication, and facilitate scheduling. However, some users express concerns about the outdated design, the need for additional training for reporting functions, and inconsistent user interface elements. JobScore's customer support is generally well-regarded, but some users find the interface could be more intuitive.

I love that it is easy to use and if I ever need help, its very easy to get.
replying to help tickets via email- very confusing
It is our Applicant Tracking System and we use it as a CRM as well
I find Jobscore very easy to use. Not only are my open positions sent to the major hiring platforms but they look great as well. Additional new features are always being added and the customer service is excellent!
There is an integration with ADP. I would like it if more information can be added when someone is hired.
It is quickly helping us find great candidates for our positions, organizing the applicants, keeps track of applicants we have seen and automates the process of responding to them.
I appreciate the ease of hearing my colleague's feedback about candidates. Having and sharing notes in-real time (before and after an interview) makes the interviewing process collaborative and smooth.
Well, there is a lot of information to digest all at once - not a bad thing since it is organized, but maybe having the ability to customize what we want to see first/prioritize might be helpful.
Gathering multiple candidates and organizing their information (i.e., resume, cover letter, etc.) in organized tabs and categories. Eventually you start getting used to seeing the main items you want to see for each candidate - like if they wrote a cover letter or not.
The ability to email applicants and set up interviews at the same time.
Nothing to dislike. The site is useful to our team
Staff shortage. We have seen more applicants applying from Jobscore than any other job search engine.
I have used a number of ATS systems over the years as a recruiter. JobScore allows me to schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers because it syncs to Outlook and other calendaring software. JobScore stores all email correspondences with a candidate in one location so I never have to hunt for an email in Outlook because I can go to the candidate's profile. JobScore also has a section for notes for each candidate; therefore I can record my interview notes and any necessary detail about the candidate. The customer support is excellent and I enjoy working with my account representative. I have a team of six recruiters and they quickly learned JobScore, so it is easy to use. I also use the reporting features and the system is OFCCP compliant.
I really don't have any dislikes. They continue to add new features as needed, so there is constant improvement. The integrations with other systems such as our IRS, Outlook and LinkedIn is highly useful.
When Covid hit, they quickly did an integration with Microsoft Teams so that we could use video/calls for interviews rather than in-person interviews. Again, the system allows you to schedule interviews using Outlook or any other calendaring/email software.
JobScore allows us to have multiple users with varying degrees of candidate access. This is helpful for us to keep some candidate info confidential. I also appreciate that we can lock notes once a candidate is hired.
It doesn't integrate with our current HRIS.
JobScore helps us keep track of candidates from initial application through hire or decline.
You have everything in one place. It's easy to navigate, I like that I have a record of all the referrals I have submitted over the years.
When I was recruiting it was very helpful to be able to see the hiring team's notes per candidate, it is organized and helps to make hiring decisions.
The design of the site looks a bit outdated. I would also include a tab to show what of my candidates got hired and when I am going to get the bonus from the company.
Just having everything on one platform is very helpful. No spreadsheets are needed! I like that I can see when a referral submitted the application and the status.
The website is very intuitive, easy to use, and stores all the information I need in looking for certain candidates.
I don't dislike anything about jobscore.
Looking for candidates for certain job positions, I'm able to look at previous candidates throughout the years.
Straightforward and easy-to-use Applicant Tracking System. There's an area to structure the interview, which is great for hiring managers.
I am not aware of the depth of integrations it supports.
To manage and structure interviews.

JobScore is very user friendly for both hiring teams and the admin staff. They are responsive and helpful with any suggestions or requests. Their customer service team is very professional.
As for now the only issue I have is employee's having to go through JobScore to reset passwords. I would like to be able to reset passwords for employee's that aren't as tech savy.
JobScore was able to provide me with the option to remove email notifications for referrals on job postings. Our hiring managers don't like receiving any emails so being able to have that feature fixed was very beneficial.
