User-friendly platform that does everything you need scheduling/invoicing software to do. Integrates seamlessly with Quickbooks, schedules, and invoices, tracks service time, and automates appointment reminder emails and text messages. Creates estimates and turns them into jobs. I've used this platform for ten years and would not consider using anything else for my business. Everything in one platform makes my life so much easier and stress-free!

There are just so many reasons why I like jobber. It's hard to just put it into one aspect.
It puts every aspect of my business at my fingertips. No matter where I am. it allows me to have complete control and a complete overview of everything that is going on from anywhere. I'm at in the field in the office or even out of the country.
Everything is automatic once you get it set up. You hardly have to do anything except follow. The prompts in the system to make sure that you're following up on all your prospects. All your scheduled jobs and all of your invoices. They're right there at your fingertips.
I wish that all of the available options on the web version were also available on the app version.
I don't use APC too often. And I sure do like using the app. I wish all of the same features were available on both.
The customer support is beyond belief. every time I've called. They've solved my problems and pointed out ways to avoid them in the future.
And integrated it with my business was super easy after the initial set up. Nothing else needed to be done. And the nice thing about the app is I can use it as often as I want and from anywhere.
I love the ability to use it frequently and check on my business multiple times throughout the day.
Jobber solves so many problems, but the 3 are 4 that come to mind. Most. Number one is the ability to track all of my potential prospects and leads through the ability to integrate my request button into all of my advertising..
Number two, it puts all of the quotes in a single spot and shows the status of each one. Allowing me to be able to stay on top of each and every prospect and or client that is currentlee deciding on a job or not.
The nice thing about the system is. I'm able to then schedule jobs directly from the approved. Quote section and it automatically gets put into the calendar for all of my workers that have assigned to that particular job. then once the job is closed out, it automatically notifies me to send an invoice and then allows me to track the progress of that invoice until it's paid.
All of the automated notifications, the easy to use app on my phone, the intake form, Jobber support is really fast!
There is not much customization you can do with API since Jobber locks it down, you can't track Google Tag analytics through their embedded form.
It helps me streamline my business processes and automate functions of my workflow so I can focus on serving my customers and minimize the administrative time.
The amount of features they have the automate tasks for me such as follow ups and job forms. Their process is very well thought through and helps me keep track of all my clients, and employees, and jobs. Their support is also wonderful and helpful.
The price is a little high compared to competitors but still worth it to me. I do wish their text messaging allowed photos too.

The features are constantly being updated. The user interface is the best of any CRM out there, in both the app and desktop versions. And the customer service is unmatched.

Having used many CRM platforms, what drove me to choose Jobber when starting my own company was how easy and simple it was to use. The software flows naturally from a client request all the way to a final invoice. Even though it is a great software for beginners, as we continue to grow it continues to be a great program with more and more features pertinent to a growing company. I would absolutely recommend jobber!
I love the simplicity of jobber, but being able to pull more reports and collect more data would be a plus. Currently the reporting seems limited

All my service needs are in one place with an easy to use dashboard on all platforms Ie. Desktop, mobile,tablet. It makes sharing the workload with my team easy and efficient.
Billing is in USD so the exchange rate can fluctuate so it's difficult to know exactly what is being charged monthly. Maybe a CAD billing option would be something to consider
As of right now I don't have any problems that affect our day to day.
