My favorite thing about Jivo Chat is how easy it is to use both as an administrator and as a user. Training a new agent on using the platform is easy and doesn't take much time. Plus, I appreciate how easy it is to add new agents or remove old agents.
I wish there was a way to add an auto-message. During COVID, we weren't accepting new clients for a period of time and I was unable to state that in the chat feature easily. We didn't want to remove it from our site altogether, so it would be nice to pause it or add an auto-message. Also, we have to update our tokens with Facebook a lot. It's not hard, but it would be nice if we didn't have to do that as often. It might be a Facebook thing, so no big deal.
It's great to have one channel for all our Facebook messages, Instagram messages, website chats, etc. Instead of monitoring multiple websites, it's all in one place and that's a great time saver! Especially during COVID when we're short-staffed and no one has much time to spare.
PROS: I love how easy it is to install JivoChat on our site, so we can reach out or get back to our clients a lot more quickly and regardless of their location. This helped us increase our sales rate.
CONS: No dislikes at all. Using JivoChat has been seamless, so we highly recommend you try it and see how effective it is for yourself.
PROS: I like that for its affordable price, we're able to efficiently establish customer relations by directly communicating with the client via live chat. It's user-friendly, with an elegant design and it's custom-ready. The engagement between our team and our clients are fluid, so we've been receiving much better feedback since setting it up.
CONS: We haven't experienced any issues with JivoChat so far. If we ever do encounter it in the future, we'll be open to sending constructive feedback to help further improve the project.
The price is relatively cheap and the services of toll-free number is awesome

PROS: I like that it's user-friendly and easy to set up while customizing some settings to fit what we need in our team. We're able to integrate with our phone and mail systems too, and that we're able to get instantaneous chats at any point in time from our customers around the world.
CONS: I have nothing negative to say about Jivo, no issues encountered so far, and have been very satisfied with the performance.
The UI and UX is really nice, it makes everything so easy to understand and use, also, the chat widget looks great on the website
