Limited Documentation, Occasional Software Bugs, Complex Scripting Language, Clunky Desktop Interface
Jitterbit, a highly customizable integration platform, receives mixed reviews from users. While many praise its ease of use, some express concerns about its pricing and lack of support. Users appreciate its user-friendly interface and extensive range of integrations, allowing seamless data transfer between various applications. Additionally, its visual workflow builder simplifies the integration process. However, the platform's pricing structure and limited customer support have drawn criticism. Some users find it expensive compared to alternatives, and others have experienced difficulties getting timely assistance from Jitterbit's support team.

The interface isn't as dynamic as I would like it to be
Automation of file exports
The process of writing back and forth is easy. They have a very adept customer support team, and are fast and reliable.
It can get diluted on their old system, so it can be clunky running on a device. It's also rather confusing without their support. They also requrie a few number of product updates each year. Without their help on those it can start to get tricky.
It is connecting our CRM to our billing software, That would be Salesforce to Great Plaines
I like the way you can test your scripts, and then proceed to your projects and it saves time and energy as well.
Sometimes while testing scripts, it shows errors even if the formula is correct, and if you go out of the project and re-open it it will not show an error, And sometimes if I am on a jitterbit webpage for a long time and doing nothing, it slows down.
We are Automating the process of entering the data information instead of manually typing it in. This will reduce man power and chances of error,
Easy integration with Salesforce and an easy to use interface that makes coding easy. Jitterbit has a great support team that is always willing to help.
Error messages sometimes do not go through and we are sometimes unaware what operations are running successfully and unsuccessfully
Jitterbit assists in the querying and manipulation of data from Salesforce and back into Salesforce. We run many operations on schedules and jitterbit assists us in keeping data fresh in our Salesforce instance.
The User access thru the portal that Gerard reviewed and explained was something we did not get to see and it was very helpful in his review of the tools available to us.
Not much so far, we have used Jitterbit since 2021 and found that the product to be very effective in integrating our D2C orders with our Backend ERP - Syteline.
Jitterbit integrates our D2C customer orders with our backend ERP system - Syteline, and does this in a very seamless interface that passed data inbound from our D2C site built with WooCommerce and outbond from Syteline to D2C on Inventory and Customer Order Tracking.
Quick ramp up time. It took me two weeks to get up to speed.
The script editor. It automatically saves. This should be configurable. Sometimes I don't want to save until I am done with the changes. This would facilitate a multi user development too.
It helps us connect our platform (PaymentWorks) with the ERP of our customers.
All of the people we deal with at Jitterbit are complete professionals and are 100% focused on making sure we have the best solution for our needs. They not only strive to understand our processes and challenges but bring a strong solution history to the table to allow us to learn from their previous successes instead of building everything from the ground up.
The only downside of Jitterbit is their lack of a GovCloud solution.
Integration of multiple systems, starting with Salesforce and moving through our ITSM and ERP platforms.
In my previous company, we used the free trial of Jitterbit, and even that was helpful. Now at my new job, we work with the paid version and it is simplistic, easy to use, and extremely helpful.
I would say that the learning curve at the start was the most negative thing, and even that wasn't that bad. If you have dealt with data loading software before, then this should be very easy for you to pick up. If you haven't, it's a great tool to learn.
We are using Jitterbit to pull down data from FTP files, load them into Salesforce, and in some occassions, pull them back out again with Salesforce having done the required calculations we needed.
The support that is offered is both fast and thorough. They take the time to educate while they are solving problems
Support page is a little cluttered. But still usable.
moving our data from one data base to a cloud based tool.
