I love the ease of use and reliability of Jiminny. It's the most intuitive recording tool I've used. It's been such a great tool to go back and review mine and team members' calls to shoutout things they did great, share areas for opportunity and learn others' approaches.
It's also been incredible to be able to share entire conversations or snippets of very technical calls which require multiple listens/views.
Only coplaint is I'm used to Jiminny automatically joining calls I set. We recently experienced issues with Jiminny not joining calls. If I don't catch it and manually add Jiminny, I won't have the recording.
Allows me to review calls where I may not recall specific information which was covered. Also enables us to hold our customers and ourselves accountable to what was said in case there is any miscommunication or confusion during/after the sales process.
So easy to navigate!

There's so many things that I love about Jiminny, but I have to say that the AI generated summary is always so spot on and saves me so much time. The fact it records and rates the conversations is amazing, and that it just keeps a whole record of everything quickly and easily is just perfect!
There are no down sides to Jiminny, however I would love it if I could just make ad-hoc calls to my clients from my phone and for them to be stored and recorded in Jiminny, but I'm not currently able to do that.
It records the whole conversation which is just great for records, but it does so much more
Connection to outlook and CRM was a simple process. No need to write anything down, transcript is great and call summary can be posted straight into CRM, meaning meetinbg notes are accurate and no longer a chore

I am not great with taking written notes and capturing everything accurately - notetaker takes that stress away from me.
The dashboard is super user friendly. And listening to calls is so efficient. I can skim the transcript and scroll to exactly what I need to hear. I really like that the software identifies tone and sentiment. Easy to share calls among our team and leave feedback for one another.

We are able to go back and listen to calls to dive deeper into the customer insights and feedback. We also use it to give one another feedback on calls, sales coaching and strengthening our message.
There are so many useful automated features, but recently they added AI summaries which has been super helpful in summarizing call notes and action items for my customers. Right now I'm adding it to my call logs, but it's very close to being able to send it to customers! This is a daily tool in my Customer Succes routine.
Super small issue, but the placement of "Search Transcript" is kind of in a weird place.
Jiminny is super helpful in having lookback data. I no longer have to take notes or even review the transcript sometimes because their intelligence tool sums up everything for me.
I like that the AI will summarize my meeting and give me a bullet point of things I promised. It works so well.
