Jibility is a tool for planning. The mapping tools for capabilities. it allows exporting to Powerpoint and adjusting dimensions can sometimes be a little tricky. Jibility offers an easy-to-understand solution, for creating roadmaps.

Jibility encourages collaboration it enhances the strategic planning process. Adding data analytics capabilities provides insights. A range of templates and customization options cater better to business needs.

The challenge of educating top-level executives by offering method, for planning. It provides an way to align everyones understanding and efforts. It enhances our business by simplifying our planning procedures.

L'outil repose sur une méthode éprouvée et permet de documenter naturellement les choix de trajectoire stratégique. La prise en main est rapide et l'ergonomie excellente.

Il est possible d'utiliser Jibility dans des sessions d'ideations ou de cadrage.

Les roadmaps produites contiennent de nombreuses informations tout en restant très lisibles et peuvent être distribués facilement avec des exports en Powerpoint. Ces roadmaps ont l'avantage d'être réalistes en intégrant les "capacités" de l'entreprise.

Le produit évolue régulièrement pour apporter de plus en plus de fonctions tout en restant efficace.

Si le cadre d'utilisation est clair, je ne vois pas de problèmes majeurs avec Jibility. Il faut veiller à bien prendre le temps d'étudier la méthode sous-jacente. La documentation très complète permet de le faire efficacement.

Jibility permet de construire rapidement une feuille de route stratégique tout en la documentant pour qu'elle puisse être comprise par tous les acteurs. Elle articule la visions + les contraintes avec la capacité de l'entreprise.

I found Jibility to be very useful for Strategy Development. I had a big group of stakeholders to manage with varied and diverse backgrounds. The framework was very easy to follow. I also like the wide and intuitive library of "common" scenarios and descriptions. I also liked the interface of the tool, it was very user friendly and the basis of the software ensuring all the steps were linked, reassured the group that all of their concerns and comments were addressed.

I think Jibility is a great tool. If I could give any suggestion, I have to think hard. Only thing I can think of is the ability to export to Powerpoint and the like. When I exported the content to Powerpoint, the dimensions were a little trickier to manipulate with font size and dimensions. However, it could also have something to do with the fact that my company uses wide screen formatting for presentations.

I would like to be able to manage all the plans in a folder structure, since I have quite a few plans. And the export to PDF/PowerPoint still requires a bit of improvement.

The tool was created to reduce complexity of the millon of variables wich a strategy can have, befoure, during and after the strategy Yearly workshop! Congratulations!

That the C-levels are resisitant to change, and even if jibility is super easy the CXO are reluctant to do it autonomously. Social integration will be the future!

Jibility is basicaly reducing complexity and guiding the user to provide the information they know to create a great strategy avoiding beeing distracted by the methodology.

I like the structured approach to building business cases, project plans, and roadmaps. It is easy to use; I like the clarity of schemas and renditions. The financials part is a must that saves a lot of time and facilitates the discussion with boards!

I miss an "application/software/system" object that would be linked to capabilities to see how software covers capabilities. This object could have a satisfaction attribute, a licence cost attribute, etc. For the moment, I use tags instead, but it remains limited.

Also, another currency than $ would be nice ;) (€, CHF, etc.)

Atuando em Governança de Dados, uma das principais atividades é realizar uma avaliação sobre a maturidade com os dados e desenvolver um roadmap. Jibility nos permite criar um roadmap de forma fácil, intuitiva e totalmente visual. Usando 4 passos para um roadmap mais rápido ( Uma primeira visão para os Stackholders), podendo ser complementado com mais 2 passos, possibilitando uma visão completa do roadmap. Excelente Ferramenta!

Working in Data Governance, one main activity is carrying out a data maturity assessment and developing a roadmap. Jibility allows us to create a roadmap easily, intuitively and entirely visually. Using four (4) steps for a faster roadmap (A first view for stakeholders), which can be complemented with two (2) more measures, allowing a complete picture of the roadmap. Excellent Tool!

Até agora, não encontrei nenhum impedimento para criar roadmaps. Todas as minhas necessidades podem ser apresentadas na ferramenta, apresentando uma visão agíl e de fácil entendimento pelos usuáris finais.

Jibility helps to provide the tools and structure so that you can focus on the actual strategy, analysis and other valuable tasks that produce a clear and aligned execution roadmap. Automated document outputs save a lot of time. Jibility is always being improved with new features. Support is reliable and responsive.

I find that Jibility's capability mapping tools are enough for planning and transformation project strategy execution. However, some enterprise architects may be looking for more than this tool for going deeper than at a capability level for documenting an enterprise.

Provides a very clear way to capture strategy, challenges and opportunities and align the organisation on priorities. Capability-based planning provides a useful way to demonstrate what needs to change. Jibility saves a lot of time by providing an easy way to capture and maintain strategy execution information, from that making it simple to produce documentation with its automated document generation.

Its a cumbersome tool for planning and executing projects. It lacks the capability mapping feature. Needs to help me to create roadmaps. The collaboration aspect is not good as it does not foster teamwork.

The limited range of templates and customization options does not cater to my business needs. Jibilitys interface isnt very intuitive. Poses problems for new users trying to navigate through it.

The lack of tutorials or user guides makes it difficult to fully grasp and utilize all its features. Limited customization options, for elements, make the strategic roadmap templates feel generic and unoriginal.
