what i like the most about it is that its based on Scrum system and allows employees to adjust themselves to the workspace and following up their tasks and projects that has been going on in the corporate

it might seems a bit confusing at first for the user but once you get the hang of it its really a life saver

YouTrack is helping us to define different projects in corporate and be aware of every ones and every team responsibility according to the cards and sprints periods.

no need to write separate descriptions for each issue. Once the template set is always present in the description box, need to add steps to reproduce the issue. Option to clear template and write own description is also present.

Every time you cancel creating a ticket, it is saved to draft. But this is not a very critical inconvenience as drafts can be deleted or used afterwards if required.

It is solving the issue of keeping track of tasks assigned along with bug reporting. Also, it helps to identify tickets for which sprint and for which build.

I like the bug tracking and project management in Youtrack which is quite useful to manage their projects with Agile Board and tracks all types of bugs and manages the issues in a browser-based environment.

It is quite difficult to search the issue in you track board which is not helpful for people to search the issue as per their requirements in which your issue is quite difficult to search is not easy to understand.

Youtrack is solving the agile board development problems which easy to manage the requirements of the project and finish at the proper time duration and easy to track the bugs and issues in which you are working.

The best thing I like about you track is the ability to categorize the bug while writing it and able to assign it to the developer immediately and getting an email regarding the same.

This not a dislike but more like a suggestion. I wish you track to keep a track of my previous search based on the frequency and show me as a widget whenever I log in.

The biggest problem solved by youtrack for me is to communicate with the developers in real-time using the comments section for each bug listed. and maintaining track of the communication.

After the initial setup of youtrack, it was easy to understand the UI. Inside the eapplication, I liked the features 'Reported by me', and 'Assigned to me'. With these features, we can easily see what we need to work on. It made our job easy.

If I want to search for any user's work for a particular period, we can't set up the date criteria.

Very flexible task manager. You can set boards, sprints, columns and swimlanes as you want so big teams can manage their projects. You can easily find tasks on you or opened by you. It is clear all the current amount of work that has to be done for a project. It is also good to track the time we spend on every task.

A little bit complicated. In the beginning, we had to learn how to work with the system and read the guide. But you can quickly get used to this platform. To manage teamwork successfully all team members have to learn the standards that were set for your project.

Our team is working on several projects. Some team members are working only on one project but some members participated in every project. It is easy to switch between boards as every project is set on its board. Also, it is very clear what amount of work has been done and what is in progress now.

How easy it is to do cross-work and cross-communicate. the visibility on Youtrack is great.

It can have a little too many fields to populate and complete

We are having the most important work on Youtrack due to how easy it is to have a multitude of teams working on the same incident/case.

Our company has been using the YouTrack ticketing system for over a few years. The multitude of options, functionalities, and capabilities of this software is unmatched by any other. It gives an unprecedented, meticulous detailing of the problems or issues, the teams it should be assigned to, tags, dates, archives, etc. It's unmatched.

For perspective users, please do not get me wrong. The tool itself is fantastic, but UI could use a slight upgrade; it is not very user-friendly to newcomers and takes considerable time to train and teach them all the little details of the tool, which in most cases carries a lot of impotance.

If you want an all-encompassing ticketing tool for your company, YouTrack is one of the best choices out there.
