great dashboard easy to understand and easy to use , the Call Tracking is great counting how many calls and the live Tracking is great and also the keywords, and i love that it recorded what customer chose on the IVR its just great
there is nothing i dislike to be honest it just great

All out call tracking data (online & offline) is tracked and recorded in Analytics. They support all major analytics programs, but we use Google Analytics. They even provide a dashboard which shows total calls tracked, and then feed that data in on a keyword level. It has closed the loop on our advertisng.
Their team is good, but their product is high in demand. Sometimes I have to wait 2 or 3 minutes for support. They are still good, but I hope they scale their team as this is a hot product people need.
This is so much better than normal call trackers. You need to get sophisticated with your call tracking, learn the difference between a lead and a sale!
This lets me see where actual sales are generated, not just leads. We know which advertising channels turn into sales, and that's way more useful in allocating our advertising spend for clients.
As an analyst, I schedule different sets of email campaigns as well. So this application has been proven very helpful into providing me the accurate reason of the leads call. For instance - what particular ad or page has made them call. There are also few filters which makes the work easier.
I haven't found anything yet that I would consider as a downside.

I like that we could use this application to turn our phones, computers and mobiles into business phones with the click of a button. It was also great to be able to record any of these calls.
The only downside is that if you are having any issues with your Wi-Fi then you cannot use this application. So for temporary outages we have to have a back up plan that is not as rich in features.
Definitely try to free trial to see if it is right for you and take advantage of support. Overall the analytics are pretty straightforward and if you are a new business this could really help.
