Speaking of Jenzabar One Web, I like that it is more efficient for students, faculty, and staff. I absolutely love the academic plans and how students can move curriculum from one semester to another. It helps them with effective decision making.

So far, so good. I thought that I wasn't going to like it because I have been on the desktop version for so long, but I would rather use this version.

If you're an end user trying to get up to speed with Jenzabar’s system, the Learning Portal is a pretty solid resource. I’ve had the chance to explore it, and overall, it’s user-friendly, well-organized, and offers a mix of different materials to help you learn at your own pace. I really enjoy earning badges and points for all my completed courses.

I know Jenzabar is working on adding a feature that will upload spreadsheets to the Registrar Courses module. This will be a game changer for our office.

Jenzabar One helps our registrar office streamline our operations, improve efficiency, and enhance the overall student experience. Jenzabar’s solutions focus on automating and simplifying key tasks related to student records, enrollment, academic management, and reporting.

It provides a unified platform that is easily accessible and used institution-wide. It is very powerful and the customer support is wonderful. Our key departments use it daily.

There is not really much to dislike. Some users adjust a little slower than others, but once they get used to it, they quickly learn how valuable the system is.

It is easy to access and offers features that help everyone

Jenzabar One’s user interface makes it a much better, faster experience for faculty, students, and staff. I am most impressed with the housing management functionality that supports transgender accommodations.

Students can self-identify and this keeps us from violating Title IX.

Jenzabar has made great strides in the last few years to modernize they platform. They've gone from an old looking platform to one that is web based. This has allowed them to rethink the processes and make a much better platform. The implemetation was thoughtfull and well planned. They had a great project team that helped them come in on time and in budget which the support team continued to help us whenever we ran into issues.

Integration used to be very custom and difficult, but with their new iPaaS, it has become much better, if not a bit complicated. There is also a very steep learning curve for new users.

Jenzabar One has become the central hub for all of our departments. It replaced the disparate systems that had complicated integration with one that works together and in harmony.

Jenzabar Support is the best of any products we use on campus! We moved to J1 back in 2022 and are now using J1 Web and we love it. We also use JRM and have seen enrollment go up by about 15%. We are using J1 JICS and JICS Mobile Web, but are moving to the JICS Mobile app to get virtual ID cards. J1 Desktop is good, but J1 Web is even better and use it with DUO MFA and it is secure on and off campus.

The cost of Maintenance is high, but worth every penny! When we went to J1 it changed and maintenance on our J1 products is more reasonable now. We have access to everything just by paying the mainteance on the new product area like chatbot or retention.

Just get it you will love it!

We are making changes with our student forms with formflow and workflow. We are implementing JRM and think it will help with admissions.

Jenzabar One is going to help to streamline our processes. This implementation will allow us to rethink the way that we do things and our project team is happy to help assist us in finding new ways to think about our processes and how we might change them to be smoother and more efficient.

I have not found anything yet, but as we work through the implementation, our previous customizations in CX may cause us some difficulty in the implementation process.

Jenzabar One will allow us to give our students more control over their registration. I am confident that we will also be able to better plan for the future course needs of our students.

I like that Jenzabar is adding and/or revising features to keep up with the times.

We can't see students on Leave in the advising module

Degree audits are so much easier!

Jenzabar One is always moving the product forward with technology and what works best for their customers. They try to incorporate all of the feedback they receive into product development.

It is hard to work through helpdesk ticket issues via email. It would be beneficial to hop on a Teams call and display the issue and work through it quickly in some circumstances.

We are continually trying to evolve our processes as they grow. The consultants are irreplaceable in helping us work through growing pains and assisting us in reaching our goals.

I like that all my information needed for my students can be found right in the platform

Sometimes slow speeds. But that could be my internet

We are solving record issues, such as making sure all information is correct, we are able to verify everything that the student has done.
