Jazz is one of the easiest ATS platforms I've ever used. It has many options for integrations with the other platforms we use such as our HRIS, our background check company, and job board pages.
Honestly nothing, I think it's a great ATS platform for smaller and mid-size companies. It's super easy to use and there's not much to dislike honestly! I really like it.
We needed a place to post job ads to our website and a place to organize the candidates that applied. It also helps us with sending automated messages to candidates.

We have using Jazz for 5 properties and it is very easy to find candidates who applied for different properties and statutes of each interview. I would highly recommend jazz ATS for any company regardless of the size.

I liked that it showed pretty much everything needed on the front page when looking at the candidate. I used it for things such as resume and certificates and made it super easy to access
The only complaint I had was when typing the candidate in the search bar, it wouldnt pull up unless i completely entered the entire name of the candidate.
