- Very good territory management module, able to locate sales on map effectively with all essential attributes
- Good data warehouse programming which enables it for effective reporting
- Mobile app and cloud platform based too
Nothing to dislike as it is market leader for IC in pharma companies.
Things to be improved is
- More interactive GUI
- Task and rating mechanism for sales reps
I would highly recommend this tool for managing IC of companies. It is widely used, good support available with minimal infra setup.
As a support person, we have provided and configured for many customers. It is application which manages incentive compensations for the firm keeping in mind territory sales, number of sales reps, sales earned and compute commission accordingly. It also accept dynamic parameters which make it flexible to business challenges with consistent finance.

Formatting is very limited in JSCR, user cannot change the layout as per their wish and can show in limited way only. But with new version release, SD team is bringing new changes to layout

UI and Process Flow are not very friendly. It's tough to debug in case of things go wrong. The tool needs major revisions to keep up with the current times.
