"Beautiful CRM with well-rounded features"
What do you like best about Jarvis CRM?

Jarvis has a beautiful design and is intuitive. It combines not only the ability to manage sales, but also to do some project management as well as marketing. One of the only tools I've seen capable of that. And, at a reasonable price!

What do you dislike about Jarvis CRM?

It takes a little while to get used to it, but I don't find that too cumbersome. Any new software would require some adaptability.

What problems is Jarvis CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

You're able to keep track of all sales and their next steps. Plus, you're able to perform basic project management. My favorite part though is the ability to send marketing emails. And it can be customized if you need to!

What do you like best about Jarvis CRM?

I really like that Jarvis is so customizable.

What do you dislike about Jarvis CRM?

There's a bit of a learning curve, but that's to be expected. I appreciate their one-on-one support to help new customers get going.

What problems is Jarvis CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

It's allowing me to connect the dots, to see new opportunities with contacts I already have.

What do you like best about Jarvis CRM?

Jarvis has been great for our org. Their developers incorporate feature requests from customers quickly. We've seen Jarvis evolve over a few years and are consistently impressed with the new developments.

What do you dislike about Jarvis CRM?

Updating could be easier, but that's more of a problem with Filemaker than with Jarvis.

What problems is Jarvis CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have tried other SaaS CRMs and found it challenging to integrate them with our existing ERP / databases. Jarvis, along with the FileMaker API, has allowed us to integrate the CRM with our existing systems.

What do you like best about Jarvis CRM?

Jarvis provides custom development functionality without the headache typically associated with creating something from scratch. It was thoughtfully developed -- meaning the 'nice to haves' are already included!

What do you dislike about Jarvis CRM?

The functionality has met our expectations and needs!

What problems is Jarvis CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

As one might imagine, we've streamlined our CRM processes -- taking us from emails, spreadsheets, and notes on paper to an organized, digitized flow. However, we have also utilized the functionality available through Jarvis to implement our services, which were also being done manually prior to implementation.

What do you like best about Jarvis CRM?

Although we used FileMaker for some of out internal processes and systems, Jarvis CRM has provided us with a more powerful, robust and outstanding system. The UI is intuitive yet clean and easy for users of all types.

Scarpetta has been outstanding involvement in creating and modifying Jarvis to suit out business needs. The professionalism and support from Scarpetta has been beyond compare.

What do you dislike about Jarvis CRM?

Jarvis has provided our business with a solution in which Scarpetta has modified to our tailored needs. Scarpetta has been able to provide a modified solution for our needs without any negative outcomes.

What problems is Jarvis CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

Being in the healthcare field, evolutionary changes occur often. Our journey of finding a custom EHR solution has ended with Jarvis. Before Jarvis, our agency relied on several different solutions and systems to manage our healthcare records. Our move into a paperless system has been brought to light with Jarvis. There are a multitude of benefits our business has and will be party to because of going virtually paperless.

What do you like best about Jarvis CRM?

One of our Division's in a State Government Agency uses the Jarvis CRM Platform for maintaining employee files, plus numerous records related to training and auditing, generating reports, and tracking information critical in meeting federal regulatory program standards. The design provides for quick access to information and improved speed for data entry and record maintenance. Sleek, efficient, modern are words that come to mind when I think of our application. And the customer service is unlike anything you've ever experienced. Amazing group of folks to work with!

Lack of funding to expand our current application.

What do you like best about Jarvis CRM?

Jarvis CRM is beautifully designed with all the capabilities of customization, which was very important to our business. The functionality is super simple and the support for our team has been incredible.

What do you dislike about Jarvis CRM?

There is nothing we dislike about our Jarvis CRM. We have been able to customize to fit our needs.

What problems is Jarvis CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

This was our first time using a CRM for our Regional Sales Managers. In the past we have had a hard time keeping our client information up to date on a day to day basis. With Jarvis, we have been able to manage contacts, track sales, projects and marketing campaigns. Not to mention the task manager for follow up. It's been great.

What do you like best about Jarvis CRM?

We were already sold on the use of Filemaker, as we use it for several internal systems. Having our new CRM build on this user-friendly platform which was already familiar to staff has been very beneficial.

The Jarvis UI is clean and intuitive. Features are robust and what you'd expect from a high-end CRM system.

What do you dislike about Jarvis CRM?

We worked with the team at Scarpetta Group to take Jarvis, a feature-rich and robust system, and build a custom solution. There hasn't been anything we've asked for that we haven't been able to accomplish. Jarivs has all the core features needed to handle CRM requirements.

What problems is Jarvis CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before Jarvis, we used multiple tools to handle user maintenance and marketing activities. None of these were tied to our primary backend system. Jarvis (and Filemaker) allows us to have a single system that tracks CRM-specific data and join this information with MSSQL. The time required to handle new user registration and general marketing communications has been greatly reduced.

We have been a filemaker user for over 10 years and the team at Jarvis is the third developer team that we have partnered with. Jarvis has taken us to a whole new level compared to our other developers and the team was able to make some repairs to our current filemaker platform while we worked to add customizations for Jarvis to meet our needs. My partnership with this team started in August of 2019 and we have every intent to retain the partnership for the future.

We took Jarvis to a whole new level by using the CRM and then customizing the system to also handle our sales contracts, production facility, inventory control, and so much more.
