Easy to use and easy to track current and past appointments. Easy to cancel appointments as well. I also like the "oops" option if you accidentally select "schedule appointment."
No items to dislike currently. Wish more businesses were also using JANE app.

It helps in every area of running my practice.
There are some difficulties in the time zone coordination, as everything shows in my local time zone for me and my clients. This isn't great when I'm working with clients in other areas.
Organizing appointments, sending reminders to clients, charting quickly and effectively, managing stock, financial reporting, reporting, point of sale, reminders to book, so much more.
Jane has been useful in managing appointments, it is user-friendly.

I have two businesses and having to book appointments on my own was challenging, I was always missing someone. This has made running a business easier.
I like that there are so many settings options to completely customize your client experience.
I don't like that sometimes it is confusing to know where to find certain settings options and that sometimes multiple steps are needed to make even small changes.
Jane allows clients to view clinician schedules and book all session types automatically.
Because of Jane, I was able to switch from paper records to digital in just one day! I started tinkering with Jane on a Sunday, and was using it easily on Monday. I was so impressed with how easy it was to use Jane that a week later, I signed a lease on a gorgeous new office location that did not have enough space for paper records. This was only possible because Jane made it possible for me to do all record-keeping digitally. Here are a few thing I love about Jane:
1. Works on iPad- my primary computing device
2. Great chart note features that are easy to modify
3. Great community- you can publish templates for community use, as well as use templates other practices have contributed. This saves time!
4. Awesome customer service- the staff as SO helpful, and they are always patient and cheerful!
5. Responsiveness and innovation- They are constantly rolling out new features that the community pitches and votes for
6. Integrated payments- They integrate with Stripe to make payment processing frictionless
This list goes on...
It would be nice if they supported integration with Square or other platforms, instead of only Stripe. I am looking forward to when they add new features for patient surveys. For example, it would be nice to be able to send a survey or email asking for a review to one patient instead of all at once, and whenever you want, instead of only after the first visit, or at set intervals. This is a minor functional request that can probably be fulfilled readily.
I highly recommend using Jane. It is way better than paper records and Chirotouch.
Jane allowed me to occupy a smaller office space in a great location, because I did not need the extra space for paper records. That also helps the environment. Patients are able to complete their forms before coming into the office, which happened less often with paper records. That means we spend initial visits more efficiently. Payments are now no-contact with Stripe, and they are faster than having patients use physical cards and sign. Patients now sign the iPad for consent forms, instead of signing paper forms. I rarely print anything, and so far everyone has been happy receiving emailed receipts and receipts that they can access anytime online.
Jane is an easy-to-use, intuitive platform with a great help section and excellent customer service. It has many important functionalities needed for healthcare-related service providers.
It's a newer software, so some kinks are still being worked out, but overall very user-friendly as user suggestions are valued, and new updates and improvements are constantly coming out as a result.
The program allows medical charts, notes, and results to be easily uploaded. It has a built-in direct billing function for insurance companies. You can pencil in breaks, easily communicate with co-workers, and even assign tasks. Rescheduling, canceling, and booking recurring appointments is very easy. You can specify relationships between patients and grant according permissions.
I like how it clearly lays out who I can select and book with for my needs.
I think it might benefit from an updated UI.
It solves my need for quick and easy access to booking my needed services easily and quickly.
Very easy to read and use. I love the light blue display and it is very well organized that the user like us can use it without much worries. Definitely recommend.
To be honest, I think there are way too many drop down options for this product that new user may have difficulties. I understand that some of the questions are very needed but questions like different types of quanitites may be reptitive.
We use it to organize all the taxes and expenses so it definitely helps us putting the information on this application rather than we plug it in our excel sheet.
