Honestly, it's more-so the customer support that I enjoy. Each agent I deal with seems to remember previous encounters and we're like a big family. The product itself is amazing in what it can do regarding Apple's ecosystem. I love the fact with JAMF Cloud that we do not have to manage SSL certificates, DMZ servers, or any other extra "things". JAMF handles the upgrades for us and provides a ticker of up/down tracking statuses.

Another thing that we've been recently utilizing is the RESTful API that JAMF has. We use it to build dashboards to alert us of things. It's super easy to use.

JamfNation is also another aspect of JAMF. This community is HUGE and you can request product changes as well as ask questions (no question is a dumb one! Judgement free zone!).

I enjoy the fact that JAMF's awesome support allows for an awesome product which allows for me to provide an awesome experience for all of my Apple patrons!

**Update:

I am now in year 6 of being a JAMF admin and I have to say, all of the improvements and things that JAMF has so eloquently put into their product has made managing apple products that much easier.

We now own some of the various products that JAMF offers (Jamf Connect, JAMF Pro, etc.) and the support + end-user community has been stellar.

If you have even the slightest need for mac management, I'd recommend JAMF Now (I use this for my MSP business) and we LOVE it too!

The few things that I dislike about JAMF aren't enough to hold a candle next to the sun. Seriously, the ONLY complaint I have is that sometimes the JAMF employees are too nice. Who even says that? When there's a product issue, there's a detailed report except for CVEs - because, let's face it, if you left your front door unlocked while you were out of town, you wouldn't want to broadcast that to the entire city.

The other dislikes I have are integration limitations - only because my organization is too stubborn not to follow community trend standards.

If you have a significant Apple footprint, JAMF is perfect for you.

Traditionally, Apple products were never meant to be managed. We are solving our issues of inventory, standardization, and better customer management/ support.

Migration to the new M1 chip has never been easier and migration to the latest MacOS hasn't ever been more simple.

Super simple to use with a vast set of management tools and features at your disposal.

It's solves the issue of providing a useful way to manage Apple devices. It benefits us because before JAMF everything was done by hand device by device.

Outstanding Support and Community, and User-Friendly

Its hard to request to increate resources for Jamf Pro server, we normally having issue when the resources of our server are being fully used. Instead of increasing our resource, they normally advised us to do some cleanup

Jamf pro helps our organization manage over 15k devices! When we need help they are only a phone call away. Support is very quick and knowledgeable.

the user interface is a bit cumbersome (getting fixed with jamf 11), The learning curve is somewhat steep but worth it.
