Would love Jamf Now to offer a simplified upgrade path to Jamf Pro. They’re working on it - but it's time for a solution!!

I manage over a thousand devices across many deployments — all from a single web browser. I'd love a centralized dashboard to see all my clients, but I still appreciate the features, simplicity, and reliability of Jamf Now.

I like how simple and modern the interface is with Jamf Now.

I don't like that if you want advance features in Jamf Now you can't do it.

JamfNow has enabled us to manage all of our field devices effortlessly. It is straightforward to update and keep track of everything all in one place. Onboarding new devices is easy and simple.

The only downside that we encounter is not being able to view the precise location of our apple devices if they have not checked in. This is more of an apple issue as oppose to a Jamf issue

The problems Jamf Now solves for us is the ability to manage and keep all of our devices updated in the field. Our team is all over the state, and allowing us to easily update and troubleshoot a device is critical.

The user interface is clean and sensible, with all the key information within a click or two of where you need it. Easy enrollment for individual devices as well as auto-enrol for new devices has allowed us to quickly deploy to the estate, including the mobile platforms which was an added bonus.

Several of the features get exponentially more expensive if you need them. It is not clear how you can cost-effectively go from JAMFNow to the wider range of products without considerable expense. Works very well as a small company management tool but would question the scalability vs. cost of something like InTune

We now have a single intuitive portal to view and manage our Apple estate, including desktops (even the newer M1 chipsets), iPads, and iPhones. This has helped us achieve our CyberEssential certification through the easy application of security policies which was a challenge previously; using JAMF Connect, we even keep passwords in sync with our Azure. Given our business, this really helps streamline our processes which is beneficial for demonstrations and illustrates how we practice what we preach.

Great and easy deployment and very useful especially for SMBs that want to have their basic device and access management in order. Also scalable and upgradable as businesses and requirements grow. Love the simple dashboard and overall view and the ability to have basic blueprints for our devices and deploy apps and settings over-the-air directly when onboarding.

Too little advanced controls and some features aren't that well documented, but the support is very responsive and the community holds most answers. :)

Mobile device management, on-boarding and off-boarding experience, security requirements. Jamf Now enables us to do on-boarding for iPhone and Macbook in less than 1 hour from scratch (start from unboxing) to full working order. We're looking to do even more with Jamf Connect in the future.

Being able to easily manage my home devices

Not as powerful as Jamf pro (understandably)

I'm able to keep my devices up to date and ensure they're secure.

I love the balance between ease of use and power that Jamf Now offers for my small business. Easy to deploy. Easy to monitor. Easy to change. Yet, I'm confident of its security-forward position.

Had I reviewed a jamf Now a month ago, I would have commented on the need for other tools for security. Now with Jamf Protect built in, I have little to suggest for future improvements.

Jamf is one of the few companies that speaks Apple fluently. And they are the one that has the most experience in the ecosystem. Yes, evaluate others, but do so with an eye towards their rate of feature change and quality of support. Every company says they are fast. Find out when their GUI supported the latest Apple OS betas. Find out how long it takes to talk to a support person with an Apple background. Heck, contact support and see how willing they are to support your apple questions even when it has little or nothing to do with their software. I'm not saying Jamf is perfect at all this, but they come closer than others I've evaluated.

I don't have time to worry about all that I should when it comes to managing my products. Fortunately, Jamf Now offers the simplicity of set and forget while providing the active remediation that pro products usually offer.

The depth of features that I can manage on my end users' devices are diverse and powerful so I can tailor individual blueprints as needed.

At times manually enrolling devices doesn't work as smoothly as I'd want it to - but this is rare once initial setup is complete.

Jamf Now is a wonderful, entry-level MDM for Apple devices. All core services and controls are available, with an extremely easy-to-use interface.

Device location tracking is not available -- this would be a great feature to include.
