The Jagger support availability and business understanding makes the problem resolution process a lot more simpler, there are some really talented support staff who understand the nuances of public procurement and Ontario Tender Portal's ("OTP") functionality and are always capable of filling the gap and addressing the challenge that we face in our day to day utilization of the portal.

The top 2 things I would recommend are:

1. On-call and over the email support with fast turn around times.

2. In depth understanding of business requirements and the portal functionality.

At times while publishing RFP's on the OTP we have faced challenges when we intend to do customizations on the types of questions and weather something is possible or not, Jagger team has always been of utmost support and rendering that advice and potential solutions to our problems and if there is no ready solution the Jagger support keeps us informed of the timelines when they will get back to us with the solution and they have always managed to get back before the stipulated time. I would say the support team is very reliable.

It’s very easy to read orders that come through.

The rest of the platform is a bit confusing.

As a vendor, I love the ease of receiving EDI/XML orders and reviewing them quickly. I also see how quick and easy it is to use on the consumer’s side. It saves time.

In Jaggaer their are different options in envelop creation like you can create different type of envelops Qualification, Technical and commercial where you can explain full specification of required product according to envelop description so you can get exact and specific response from supplier whihc make decision making easy.

We are fully satisfied with Jaggaer's product and its services and we didn't dislike anything about this product.

Here we can ask vendor's for their specific response and also can automatically disqualified them if their response didn't meet the specific criteria. Also its reporting module is very enhanced and we can extract customized reports as we want.

Before Jaggaer, we have to follow traditional ways for procurement processes which take alot of time to complete procurement cycle time. But after implementation of Jaggaer our procurement cycle time reduced to one third.

we are worried a lot about performance and timeliness of our procurement department with manual process, but after implementation of Jaggaer Sourcing Suite performance of our procurement department is increased and we are saving a lot of time because we do not have to go to the market to pick quotation.
