Would like to be able to integrate with Zappier or the Zolo CRM (proprietary - Zolo probably wont allow)
best all in one - I have tried many others - and its affordable

I love that with IXACT's CRM, I never felt like I had to compensate for a missing field or feature by settling for a less efficient or completely irrelevant feature.
Though IXACT's CRM is highly efficient and included everything I held essential to a personal and efficient CRM, the layout of the overall site seems outdated. At times I have experienced troubles with having colleagues understand how to navigate and use the CRM due to the more outdated and bland layout. I would love to see an up to date look to IXACT's CRM.
IXACT allowed me to file my contacts accordingly and most efficiently by providing me with a wide variety of fields and options to not only choose from but also customize to my own liking. An added bonus is that IXACT's website feature has boosted my brand's name in the search engine to the first page with Google.
The Monthly Newsletter and the ability to edit them is amazing. Especially from a brokerage standpoint where I can help my agents customize them, or customize them as the brokerage, before my agents send them
We do have several problems with the system giving us errors, especially when assigning activity plans.

It connects everyone in my data base, organizes and then tracks with easy to read reports. The CRM also manages all of the steps in a real estate transaction right through to completion and then... it reminds you to change the activity plan to continue with follow up after sale! Its ready to use or personalize and create your own plans. Simple.
In the beginning I found it to have too many features (if that is possible!) but once I started to learn the features I became hooked.
Just do it! Ease into it! Learn pieces of it at a time and before long you will be an expert.
Staying in touch, knowing who to contact and when. The reminders are amazing, birthdays and inspection dates. Closings... everything! Just open and get using it, the reminders allow me to stay on top of my business and stay in touch when I should.
I love the compatibility with my Mac. Most contact management systems are Windows based. Also, they provide complete package of features including fresh website designs. The tech support is attentive and have successful in assisting me in a variety of challenges. As an independent contractor working for a smaller brokerage, the IT help is limited. Ixact staff has been very helpful.

Keeping in touch with my clients is the most important. I have been able to create separate lists for different projects which really help.
I like how I can set up drip email campaigns and also receive reminders on tasks that need to get done. I can also edit the content of the emails. In addition, the newsletter is awesome - full of relevant content. I can also edit the newsletter, adding my own articles if I choose to do so. Another thing I like is that the system can remind me of customer's birthdays and anniversary dates. And I also use the included website for my business. It is easy to customize and looks very professional.
I don't believe there is anything I dislike about IXACT. Someone spent a lot of time designing it who knows how Real Estate clients think. I do wish there was a way to integrate it with social media and pick up leads in a better way.
I recommend you upload all your contacts into it and also set up your website.
Staying in touch with prospective clients in a way that is friendly is one of the things I love. It really keeps me on track with communicating with clients. My clients actually respond to the auto-generated emails the system sends out on my behalf.
