What do you like best about iVent?

The system looked sleek & professional, which has also been communicated to us from attendees. The help provided was amazing and communication was always quick and clear.

What do you dislike about iVent?

Calls were always via Google Meet, I'm quite old school and would like to just pick up the phone and make a quick call.

What problems is iVent solving and how is that benefiting you?

Creating a virtual event which needed little involvement from my side.

What do you like best about iVent?

The great team behind the platform, We had the track of everything at every minute.

What do you dislike about iVent?

Too much information at the start that is hard to process. A lot of text to read, videos could help instead of all the instructions. But the team helped us a lot to overcome this.

What problems is iVent solving and how is that benefiting you?

We could host an event in Latin America that could not happen in person due to covid restrictions.

What do you like best about iVent?

The iVent team has been incredibly helpful and supportive throughout the development and organisation of our annual conference. Easy to use platform and worked seamlessly during our conference.

What do you dislike about iVent?

There's a lot to learn about the platform and how to use it, but the team was always on hand to help with any queries and guide us through it.

What do you like best about iVent?

iVent provides a professional, easy-to-use platform for connecting people around the globe. The team is easy to work with, and they listen to clients' feedback which is helpful for improving the platform.

What do you dislike about iVent?

Not much. While we had a few issues with the software, these were addressed in their latest updates.

What problems is iVent solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have used iVent's virtual events software to connect buyers and suppliers from around the world who are unable to meet in person due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

What do you like best about iVent?

Whilst we bought into the product and its tech capabilities, it is the service from the team that really wowed and made the project a delight.

What do you dislike about iVent?

There is nothing we didn't like about the business or its tech.

What problems is iVent solving and how is that benefiting you?

The current pandemic has had to make us all look differently at how we conduct our business. iVent's virtual events solution is future-proof and made for this current situation. That said, the tech and user interface is good enough that we'll be thinking about using this product ongoing.

What do you like best about iVent?

The highly professional support team. The video chat in booths. The networking lounge. The ability to seamlessly move between pre-recorded and live content.

What do you dislike about iVent?

There was nothing that I disliked about the iVent platform. Delivering an online event is no easier than coordinating an in-person event; the amount of time needed to organize a professional end result shouldn't be underestimated.

What problems is iVent solving and how is that benefiting you?

iVent allowed us to replicate (and even improve on) our face-to-face conference events at a time when meeting face to face was impossible. We actually achieved a better attendance rate than we had done at previous in-person events.

What do you like best about iVent?

The platform was pretty simple and user-friendly. All the volunteers that we work with also echoed this. The iVent team are very friendly and helpful.

What do you dislike about iVent?

Sometimes changing content on the admin side of things can be fidgety, for example, when changing the announcement, after clicking "save", you have to make sure you also click "apply updates" to ensure the announcement appears on the platform.

What problems is iVent solving and how is that benefiting you?

It's bringing people together, especially at a time when we couldn't meet face-to-face. It is also saving us time (and costs) by being able to work remotely using this platform. Giving us the chance to be cost-effective, time-saving and easy to use.

What do you like best about iVent?

iVent offers a range of functions to support online events, including webinar spaces, networking lounges and information booths. Everything can be customised for the client.

What do you dislike about iVent?

Not every function is entirely intuitive, but iVent provides personalised training sessions and support to help users.

What problems is iVent solving and how is that benefiting you?

University virtual open days. The platform has helped us reach our worldwide audience who would not be able to travel to London for an event. We have also had better engagement from participating staff and students.

What do you like best about iVent?

iVent provides options to support a variety of online events, from static to live typed Q&A, single-presenter live/as live webcasts and multi-presenter webinar/meeting spaces. Account and event project managers work closely with the client to build the environment best suited to the clinet's needs and provide a range of packages for technical and practical support. The system enables reporting on a wide range of metrics.

What do you dislike about iVent?

Some elements of the back end don't function quite as ideally as they should, but there are typically work-arounds. Project management, event admin, statistics and support are spread across different sub-sites rather than housed in a single integrated system which is a little inconvenient but again can be worked around.

Recommendations to others considering iVent:

Ensure you think carefully about how you want your event to be and consult iVent on the options as there are many different functions available. Ensure you keep in regular contact with your account and event project manager as they will be able to support you throughout the project.

What problems is iVent solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use iVent to host university virtual open days. They have enabled our institution - which has a global audience - to be able to reach and engage that audience prior to application more than our previous exclusively-physical events were able to.
