Managing purchasing and subcontract management actvities for federal contracts is difficult. Ivalua's simple to use configuration capablities allowed us to develop and deploy guided purchasing and management approaches that saved us both time and money, along with reducing cycle times across the board.

As with all of our platform providers, we would always like additional customer support and speed to turn feedback that we have brought forward into future functionality.

Ivalua has provided us with an end-to-end platform that is used by all within the company and our supply base with a single home for everything from vendor management to invoice submission and processing.

Mostly I like the Reporting module. We can easily get the data using this. P2P is also very nice UI.

Sourcing looks me little bit confusing lots and round functionality.

Need to migrate 1000s of user from other application to Ivalua. Using ETL I have save lots of time.ETL is really helpful.

I am using Ivalua for almost seven years. The best part of it is User-friendliness and ease to design for custom rules and set up despite even by an end-user. Another good thing is its Sourcing process customization which is indeed a tremendous edge over its competitors.

I do not see any dislikes, and I am also using Ariba, Coupa, Jaggaer, Keelvar at the same time along Ivalua. I always like to Ivalua above everything.

I always do recommend Ivalua as the best e-Procurement Platform in the 21st century

I use Ivalua for Supplier Onboarding and Risk assessment. Besides, I do customize different business processes in the Sourcing and e-Auction process as per business needs.

Access to the application with or without Company VPN. Interlink of different modules. Easy to view reporting module

It is pretty comfortable to work with. The only downside I would think off is the sql error messages that looks cumbersome to decode

The UI of the interface and it's very very user friendly platform.

There is a lot background linkage of tables and fields it's quite confusing to configure.

I am configuring each and every requirement asked by clients.

Ivalua can allow me to do every easy as well as critical configuration in standard enviornment.

Ivalua provide more customizations and spend analytics customizations as per the business requirement.

There is no such feature I dislike about the tool but it requies to academy training videos to upgraded versions.

We implement the ivalua and replace it with SAP Sourcing. With Ivalua we reduce the use of third party multiple tools and all data is migrated to ivalua. It reduce the cost for multiple tools.

I think the wide range of solutions that can be under one umbrella like vendor management and RFQs is essential to efficiency.

Implementation was very hard, now it could have been the large company or it could have been done better.

Procurment organization. I have seen where we have data everywhere and iValua allows us to have it one place to have one source of truth. It is much easier to perform RFQs when all data is there.

Ivalua can be customizable according to business requirements, whereas other products can not and need to follow standard procedure

Supplier Onboarding and Sourcing module has some limitations of customization

If client has backed system SAP then please do not use Ivalua it will create a lot of issue during integration

P2P solutions can be customizable, which suits client business requirement whereas other products has some limitations

based on the experience , nothing to dislike about the platform
