IVACY Lifetime Deal Ported to PureVPN

Guys, before leaving Negative Reviews, please contact their customer service. I have done so, and the PureVPN team has renewed my license for the next 5 years without any problem.

This is my Ivacy Story:
I purchased an Ivacy Lifetime License before 5 years in November 2019. At the time of purchase, the activation was valid for 60 months (5 years). When I contacted customer care, they assured me that by the end of 60 months, if I messaged their customer service, they'd freely renew my license for the next 60 months. My license was going to expire on November 24, 2024. So, I thought of contacting their customer care for the renewal, but, to my shock, I noticed that they've been acquired by PureVPN. I was sure they might not honour the lifetime commitment for Ivacy customers. But, I thought of taking a chance and emailed Ivacy customer service, which then got triggered to PureVPN customer service, and they informed me that my account had been ported to PureVPN and I could reset my password and check. And luckily, my account has been renewed till October 2029. However, I have observed that the speed is a little less compared to Ivacy.

Huge shout out to Mr. Oscar from customer service who has helped me in this regard.
