Very user friendly to use. Also for what you get it is a very inexpensive option.

Would be nice if it integrated with more software, for example your ELD. I would like to see additional viewing options on the load board side. Also there are some glitches on the expiries for drivers. If we fail to put in an expiration date (license/medical card) it will show the driver is green and good to go.

It keeps our dispatchers organized. Also it helps us communicate with the drivers.

ITS Dispatch has all the features integrated from posting a load to processsing it with the customer to billing and payment. My favorite is the load tracking portion and customer notification. You can send a macropint link to the driver for tracking purposes and assign check functions so that your customer gets a notification when load is picked up, in transit and delivered. These functions make freight brokers job a lot better.

When creating rate confirmations some fields are limited, I am not sure if this can be fixed but it would generally improve this software. Nowadays it is neccessary to add more details so there should be option for that requirement.

This software is easy to use, even for a beginner. I recommend it to all freight brokers because it has all the tools necessary to manage their business aspects.

Freight brokerage is a fast-paced environment and requires the tracking of many details. This software helps us keep a hold over all the details. From carrier and customer information, billing information, load details, and so much more. It saves us time and makes us more proactive and productive, which increases our overall revenue.

I believe it provides more access to flatbed capacity.

I think it does not have access to most other modes of equipment in a large capacity.

It can help me find trucks when I need to.

I like that you can search for everything entered in the last.

It takes forever to search through completed loads.

I am able to quickly create a rate sheet and send it to the carrier without leaving the site.

Management of documents in setting up new carriers.

ITS Dispatch does not integrate well with QuickBooks as advertised and informed. We have more than one "open service ticket" with ITS support, and they are several weeks old. Our sense is that they would rather support their own accounting application....which we would have considered had we had any idea the extra work our accounting person would have to put in. Other than having to replicate data entry because of system redundancies, our huge problem is ITS will randomly skip or drop files when exporting.

Unless ITS fixes the accounting integration to work with products other than their own..be very careful.

Does not integrate well with QuickBooks.
