Everything you need for payroll

It's surprisingly easy to use, especially considering how comprehensive it is. It's a fantastic tool for managing payrolls for companies of any size. There is plenty of training and support baked in. I like how customizable and adaptable it is to meet the needs of many different clients. I haven't used any other payroll platforms so I can't compare it to anything, but I can't think of anything that iSolved is lacking.

iSolved is a great product with great services

I have been using iSolved for a little over 3 years and they offer a great product with excellent customer service. They take input from customers on services they would like to add to enhance the experience and they actually follow through on adding such requests. They also offer the BEST customer service I have worked with for a payroll/HR provider. The customer service is so important especially when you need help in a timely manner. If you are transmitting, they will help you that day - not days later like some larger companies practice. iSolved cares about their customers and you feel it when you work with them. I would recommend their package for anyone looking to change.

isolved solves payroll needs

PROS: I love the ease of access for admins and employees. The website is easy to navigate and the new app introduced late 2023 is very user friendly. They follow all laws and rules to stay compliant with federal and state law, and with 401(k) reporting. CONS: Working in the south, I would love more language options. Currently, only English is available, and we have many employees where Spanish is their first language.

iSolved is amazing! We use their Payroll and Onboarding features. Payroll has never been easier for us to process before. iSolved integrates seamlessly with our internal systems for an efficient, error-free payroll processing. Their customer service team is knowlegdeable and always helpful!

Beneficial for both employers and employees

PROS: iSolved is a user-friendly software that allows employees to make changes on their direct deposit and tax withholding information and view their pay stubs. Installing and using it has been trouble-free in our experience. CONS: I would like this better if there is a way to customize the forms upon onboarding. This would allow us to get and focus on the information that we really need from our new hires.

Responsive and competent support team

PROS: We rarely encounter issues when processing our payroll but their support team is quick to respond when we do and the issues are also solved in a short period of time. iSolved almost always assigns the same representative to us. We appreciate that whenever there is a change in assignment of representative, clear and effective communication can still be expected. CONS: iSolved has a lot of features and there are only a few that I truly need. I would like it better if its login page would be improved in terms of design for users like me who are also administrators. I also wish I can use it to automate the 401k process.

Perfect for our payroll needs

A great system with a great support team

PROS: I have had a great experience with using iSolved. Its UI design is simple and easy to navigate. There were very few times when we encountered issues while using this product and their support team handled these situations in the best way possible. CONS: It would be better if they would add a copying feature to some areas of iSolved.

Awesome customer service

PROS: iSolved truly values its customers. I am a one-person corporation and they pay attention to my concerns as much as expected when dealing with a much bigger entity. I like that their system is simple and well-designed. CONS: iSolved is the only solution that we trust. We are content with the product as it is in its current version.
