I love the ease of use of this platform, hence the title of my review.
There is a small delay of syncing leads that come in from my various vendors.
It allows me to stay organized with my leads and also helps me follow up with older leads that I wouldn't have the time nor capacity to keep up.
Easy to use , Marketing Automation, Increased CPA, Local Presence dialing. iSalesCRM has made the sales process simple and effective. Brad also is always ready to answer your questions and makes all the difference in the world. The software is full of features and is always adding new and better ones to continue to improve and have an edge on its competitors. It is definitely responsible for my success and I recommend to everyone.
There is nothing I can say that I dislike about iSalesCRM. I recommend this software for all sales agents

iSalesCRM has automated my marketing and prospecting efforts giving me more time to focus on sales.
The drip campaign within the system. I also like the different dispositions.
That I have to create a new lead if I want to text the same person with a different number.
The one listed above. For the most part support is really good. I asked to allow us to do custom fields and they fixed it.
The follow up process, and the pipeline feature. I'm able to call more leads with the pipeline feature and connect with more leads. Also adding a vendor to Ringy is very simple.
There really isn't anything that I don't like. The one thing that I would say is sometimes you are in the pipeline and it calls the same 3-4 numbers over and over again without you knowing.
I can make a capaign and reach out to hundreds of people at once and like I said earlier. The follow-up reminders are great and it keeps me on track because in sales it's all about the follow-up.
This service acts as my personal assistant. Especially when I am out of the office, the leads are immediately contacted.
Everything works great honestly. This is one of the best services available

Drip can be cumbersome, and get in the way if you have a text campaign of your own
The biggest issue is staying in front of customers smartly. Following up on both sales and appointments.
Being able to create tags and automated actions is definitely the key to success with this. The automated text is obvious but being able to put leaves into categories automatically is where it's at
The only downfall which is with most of these integration companies is the spam factor. However this is not the fault of the company, this is the phone companies that are relentless
Learn how to use the system. Take the beginners course in the beginning and learn how to use the filters and tags before setting up all of your auto texts. Disposition tags is definitely the key
Once I integrated tags and fixed all of my filters I had 10 times more success with using this system. The automated text are great and the calendar integration is awesome also
iSales is intuitive and very simple to use. The learning curve is very quick. With their training videos and tutorials, I was able to understand the software's abilities very quickly. The more I use it the more I find that it is able to do. Automation of simple tasks is a HUGE time saver. Keeps things running so nothing falls through the cracks. They are very responsive for support and make regular improvements.
Mobile interface is still clunky. They recently came out with a mobile app but it doesn't have great functionality yet. With how quickly they make updates, it will likely get there pretty quickly, but it's not there yet. Notifications can be a pain (getting texts for each individual lead when a list of 1,000 names is uploaded).
Try it out.
People don't fall through the cracks nearly as much. I'm able to quickly see where everyone is at and what contact points are needed. The ability to customize disposition tags and automated actions allows me to have the CRM working the way I want it to.
My favorite part of Ringy is the drip campaign.
I think the app could run smoother and be more user friendly
I am much more organized because of what ringy can do to keep it organized
I am also setting more apts.
