I like its concept of making job easier by making your business operations transparent and more organized. Easy to manage and handle

Well, i would always like to some new features but i am happy with its concept for now.

Well it has made my life easy by making my job easy, transparent, increase the visibility of my operations, easy handling, more organized, efficient and productive as compared eith traditional methods.

Using IQMS ERP, we are now capable of delivering cross-functional projects simultaneously. Either it be for production start-up dato or PO, Labelling and shipping - it all comes under one nest. The real time synchronization of purchasing to delivering became hassle free.

I can not find significant downside. But, I would like to mention that we need to train employees how to interpret the data in real time and act accordingly.

I would say you should go for it. Once your organization gets used to it- there is no stopping. Every tiny operation in your department will become productive and implementable easily.

Inventory management became cake walk for our organization. Also, managing various job which are currently running in our plant became smooth.

It is very easy to use and defined in a help very accurately the functionality of modules

System tends to get slow while on cloud and if many users uses at the same time.

Also lot of money needs to be spent even for simple custom reports

There are many problems but support is really good and quick to solve problems

I didn't find a downside to using the IQMS ERP system.

Using IQMS ERP system has made my job easier as a Purchaser and handling Inventory.

I can always call them for whatever questions and they always offer good support.

There isn't much I dislike. Sometimes I wish there was a little more flexibility in the software

Make sure to do enough research and testing before implementing

We were looking for a system that gave us better visibility in all of our processes - Accounting, Sales, Production, etc. With IQMS we have been able to achieve this and understand where our trouble spots are and tackles those.

I like that everything we want to do with our business, the software can help. And every bit of data or detail we'd like to see, is there.

There are some areas of the modules that are not as flexible and we have to find a work around to make it fit our business practices.

We have full visibility of our costs and efficiencies (or inefficiencies).

IQMS is very intuitive and has some excellent tools. The support desk is top notch! I usually can figure out what the problem is just by looking at the help files or user group. If that doesn't work I know I can always call the support desk.

Our company has been using the system for over 20 years. We were fortunate enough to be able to give a lot of input on the development of the system. Because the company has expanded so much we don't really have that option anymore.

Make sure that you have a dedicated person in house that users can contact. The person would be the administrator of the software and could also provide any custom reports/labels that are needed.

The system has helped us tremendously with managing our inventory control, Purchasing, EDI, and many other things. If we did not have EDI integrated into the system it would require the outsourcing of another company or person full time.

All areas of IQMS are very user friendly. Nearly all tasks are very easily completed.

Sometimes some small fixes can be difficult to to figure out. Help option is very useful though!

Easily the best operating system I've used.

Greatest benefit for IQMS is inventory tracking and data entry.
