A powerful tool to measure your content. Very helpful to see which content is good and which doesn't.

The support is good, very fast response. The support helps you if you have a problem, and they listen to you if you want to change something in the tool.

One of the only tools where you also can measure conversion.

I don't have a big dislike. You can't do everything with the tool, but IO is willing to listen, and if you have a good idea they change the tool for you.

As a publisher, I need to make sure the integration is always up to date and takes advantage of any upgrade such as AMP new features, which could impact/improve the IO integration

Editors do not need to understand complex Google Analytics data anymore; they have a more accessible tool at hand.

There are not many things about this to dislike about but the only complaint is I can see the traffic graph for just a few days.

The price implemented to enjoy the service is debatable. It may not be a hassle for large entrepreneurs, but for small entrepreneurs, wanting to use it and not being able to because of the costs is a powerful limitation on which you can work without problems.

What I really like about this is that the ammount of content that I could det to analize and how it is getting to the customers in a very short time, helps me to concentrate in the message tha I want to give to the customers. The userinterface is made well, you have lots of possibilities for tracking the behaviour of your websites visitor. The analtytics tool tracks activities in real time so you have the possibility to react quickly and promote good articles and move them up on your homepage. The E-mail reporting is also a useful tool, since you get the metrics of the previous day.

For bigger companies, the price is more than okay, but i can imagine that small companies could struggle with the pricing policy of IO Technologies.

They have a surprisingly good sales department which helps you understand if their software is suited for your needs.

As a legacy publisher we needed a tool that could be used by journalists that had little to no previous experience with analytics. Onthe.io worked quite well in that regard. Also, it enabled our newsroom to actually understand how we could improve onsite performance by allowing content experiments.
