involve.ai is the easiest platform to predict churn and grow retention
I can't really think of anything at the moment.
As a team we were unsure of our renewals.
I can now be proactive and prioritize which customers to focus on. Before it was just using my internal system and sometimes I missed key signs. Had I been aware of these good and bad signs then I would have been able to have the right conversations at the right time with customers and deliver greater value. Sounds really canned but its the truth.
The dashboard and the accurate customer health scoring are my favorite uses of the tool. I don't really use it as the main platform to work out of but as my compass of what customers to focus on and why.

Their robust CS platform focuses on centralizing customer data and leveraging AI for the power of predicting customer needs helps us accelerate revenue growth tremendously.
Currently, data mapping can be tedious for both parties with a lot of back and forth to ensure all data is correct. But I was informed that the team has been working on this feature to automate 100% of the process. I am so excited for it! This will be a game changer for involve.ai

It takes away the hassle of manually building dashboards and other tactics for reporting purposes. We can quickly and easily see customer status, important next steps, and things that may not otherwise have been brought to our attention.
We are always trying to streamline and it's never easy having another system added to the picture, but luckily there's a suite of integrations so you can truly choose whether you want to live inside the platform or not.
We are understanding our customer journey, pain points, and even points where churn is likely to occur. We are also able to be proactive rather than reactive because issues are brought to light quickly.
I love how intuitive involve.ai is. They made complicated and tedious tasks simple. involve has transformed my team to be more data-centric. My CS team loves the insights and has become more proactive towards their accounts. I recommend involve.ai for all CS team!
The Workspaces to-do list can get crowded quite quickly. I’d suggest having a sort option that focus on top priorities across the board.

I would love to see customer trends on industry and company size level. Currently, the detailed insights are only on the individual company level. Understanding the trend across customer segments is critical for our product roadmap
