What do you like best about involve.ai?

I can now be proactive and prioritize which customers to focus on. Before it was just using my internal system and sometimes I missed key signs. Had I been aware of these good and bad signs then I would have been able to have the right conversations at the right time with customers and deliver greater value. Sounds really canned but its the truth.

What do you dislike about involve.ai?

The dashboard and the accurate customer health scoring are my favorite uses of the tool. I don't really use it as the main platform to work out of but as my compass of what customers to focus on and why.

What problems is involve.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?

Customer Intelligence as a Whole -

Churn mitigation

Identifying Upsell and Cross-sell opportunities

Overall better customer experience

What do you like best about involve.ai?

Involve.ai’s predictive tool is incredible. If you are looking for a Customer Intelligence platform that is effective on day 1 with quick implementation (12 days in our case), involve.ai is where you should be allocating your time. Their robust CS platform focuses on centralizing customer data and leveraging AI for the power of predicting customer needs helps us accelerate revenue growth tremendously.

What do you dislike about involve.ai?

Currently, data mapping can be tedious for both parties with a lot of back and forth to ensure all data is correct. But I was informed that the team has been working on this feature to automate 100% of the process. I am so excited for it! This will be a game changer for involve.ai

What problems is involve.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?

We were looking for solutions to increase our customer retention and revenue growth. involve.ai 's actionable insights help us reduce churn quickly and capture all expansion opportunities

Nothing as now everything seems to be working properly and is as expected and satisfactory

1. We didn't have unified customer data

2. We couldn't identify churn risk or upsell/ cross-sell opportunities

3. We couldn't be proactive and are reactive

What do you like best about involve.ai?

It takes away the hassle of manually building dashboards and other tactics for reporting purposes. We can quickly and easily see customer status, important next steps, and things that may not otherwise have been brought to our attention.

What do you dislike about involve.ai?

We are always trying to streamline and it's never easy having another system added to the picture, but luckily there's a suite of integrations so you can truly choose whether you want to live inside the platform or not.

What problems is involve.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are understanding our customer journey, pain points, and even points where churn is likely to occur. We are also able to be proactive rather than reactive because issues are brought to light quickly.

What do you like best about involve.ai?

I love how intuitive involve.ai is. They made complicated and tedious tasks simple. involve has transformed my team to be more data-centric. My CS team loves the insights and has become more proactive towards their accounts. I recommend involve.ai for all CS team!

What do you dislike about involve.ai?

The Workspaces to-do list can get crowded quite quickly. I’d suggest having a sort option that focus on top priorities across the board.

What problems is involve.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?

My team was falling behind on churn, but involve.ai helps us gain back confidence and stay ahead of the curve. My team can prioritize and knows exactly what needs to be done.

What do you like best about involve.ai?

http://involve.ai allows me to monitor my team activities and track all customer insights on a single view. I have used other tools for Customer Health before, but involve platform is a game-changer. I have complete visibility of all customers and understand where to focus my effort to help my team to grow. Additionally, http://involve.ai team is incredible to work with. They helped us ramp up within 3 weeks and have always been available to assist us since day 1.

What do you dislike about involve.ai?

I would love to see customer trends on industry and company size level. Currently, the detailed insights are only on the individual company level. Understanding the trend across customer segments is critical for our product roadmap

What problems is involve.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?

I have been looking for a platform that can give me visibility to customer health and my team performance. http://involve.ai does just that. Visibility is important as we scale and grow. Knowing where to focus helps us prioritize and emphasize on the area that makes the most impact.
