I like that I can send a direct link for parent to see their statement.
I would like to be able to have two primary payers but you can just add one as a contact and it should fine.
Less time spent on billing
It is always very easy to get in touch with someone to help with any issues. The chat help feature is super helpful.
You can't run auto payments on the invoice DUE date.
Managing accounts receivable, billing and collections is much easier with Invoiced.
I love that everything I need for invocing a client is all in one platform. I appreciate the different payment methods that can be used and the payment plan feature.
Invoiced is a invoicing system that pairs well with Intacct Sage but if the accounting pieces in a whole could live in Invoiced, that would be amazing.
Invoiced solved our collections aspect. It has automated chasing abilities with different cadences whcih really helps as not all our customer are the same. It has streamlined and saved us tremendous part on manually trying to handle past due accounts.
It's easy to use. When reaching out for help, they are very fast to respond.
We had issues with ACH payments being made to us.
It has made billing and collecting payments easier.
I have enjoyed the ease of Invoiced. I am starting to integrate Invoiced with Salesforce to streamline our work process, and I am glad that was available. When I needed assistance understanding what type of data would transfer into Salesforce, Invoiced agents were happy to assist and answer any questions. Our agent Mike was kind and patient, taking the time to understand what I was looking for. Although we could not get the data I needed, Mike found a workaround.
The only thing I hope is that when someone integrates with Salesforce that the information would collect retroactively.
We have integrated Invoiced onto our website for customers to make payments easily.
It is a very easy-to-use platform. It helped us organize our collections department and efforts. The customer service is excellent, too; they're always ready to help whenever we have questions.
So far, the only issues we have had with invoiced are related to the synchronization with QuickBooks. I would say that the problems are more on the Quickbooks side, as we have duplicate customers, incorrect email addresses, etc...
Invoiced is helping us keep track of our invoices and making sure that we get paid on time. It also allowed us to create payment plans for customers, which is something that is really useful for us and that we were not able to do on Quickbooks
I can create an invoice in a few minutes to use for my company.
I wish I was able to add more lines to the invoice as a whole. SPecifically I would also like to be able to add columns to the line items for things like SKU#, product name, etc.
It gives me a template to build an invoice from rather than having to start from scratch
My company recently switched to Invoiced and have found that things run much more smooth and you can see everything in one place. The chasing feature is amazing and probably one of my favorite aspects of Invoiced.
I wish there were a way for Invoiced to make the ACH account verification process easier where customers do not have to go in and do it on their own and then click "autopay." In our old processing company, we could do that on our own without bothering the customer.
We have had many problems with our old payment processing company since switching to Invoiced; their customer service and online chat support is immediate and so super helpful! If I have any questions, they answer them almost immediately. They also have loads of documentation where you can find tons of helpful material/resources.
It has a very intuitive interface which makes it very easy to use and easy to train new staff when we need to add them to it.
Nothing, I have not had any issues with invoiced that customer service wasn't able to resolve in a single phone call.
It's a good tool that is easy to use and, from our experience, affordably priced.
We use invoiced to accept payment from our customers who are both local and out of state. Our most significant benefit is improved customer expeirece. Invoiced allows us to collect small to large payments from our customers efficiently and conveniently.

Invocied is a well thought out interface that is incredibly intuive and easy for our customers to use. With teh magic link, there is no user name and password to create and remember. Customers get an emailed statement and/or invoice and with a single click they are on a payment page. So simple. W ehave seen a real growth in ACH utilization which also saves us money. Customers can also see their payment history, use credits to pay for invocies, and see teh original POS invoice from time of service.
From the company perspective, we can access anything we need from our CRM and data repository through teh API. IT is complete and robust. Our user portal is also robust and easy to use. We can also see exactly what the customer sees at any point in the process.
Invoiced gives you a fully functional sanbox so that you can fully test everything before going live. We also have a sandboz for our accounting system. This made teh implementation so less stressful. Additionally, the integration with accounting system was a snap. They have down pat. Their documentation clearly shows exactly how the dat will flowand there are several option to customize for our needs.
The few times we have needed customer support, it has been awesome. They have live chat in the product and teh response is very quick with people who are knowledgeable and can solve your issue without checking with other people.
Invoiced is very Invoiced focused with robust AutoPay and chasing. However, most of our clients are monthly focused and pay there open invoices once a month. We send out monthly invoices and let teh customer select a day of teh month when tehy want all open invoices from the previous month automatically paid with a single chage. In order to accomplish this, Invoices wrote a couple of applications that run these tasks monthly fo us. They did an great job for a very reasonable price and in some ways we have more flexibility because we can stop or eschedule the monthly runs very easily.
So, this turned out to be a positive, but it would have been nice to have this built into Invoiced.
Helping us make it easy for customers to pay their invoices and easy for us to chase those who aren't paying.
