The interface is very user friendly. You get option to send the invoice directly as email from the UI. It is handly for sales representative as they will use it for frequently.

There is no option to download invoice as word or png or jpeg.

Its easy to use. The cost of subscribing to standalone solution can be expensive but InvoiceBerry is cheap as does the job smoothly.

The best thing I like about InvoiceBerry is that the easiness to use and it's implementation part. As a consultant firm we have to manage a lot of clients and customers. I have to provide them with invoices, bills and quotations. InvoiceBerry just brings this all in one place.

I would say the customer support. If it was much more better. Then I wouldn't be still at an implementation stage.

We were using QuickBooks for Small Businesses for our invoices before switching. InvoiceBerry makes it so much easier to create and track our invoices, and since it integrates with PayPal, we are receiving our payments at least twice as fast. So glad we found InvoiceBerry!

Honestly, nothing. InvoiceBerry is so easy to use and affordable. I can't think of anything I would change.
