Super easy to set up and use. Email clients directly from the program or download and send as an email attachment

What do you dislike about Invoice Simple?

When you change the currency for a specific client, it changes all invoices in the history of the system to the same currency and that can lead to accounting mistakes

Recommendations to others considering Invoice Simple:

Amazing software just be sure to know that when you change the currency it changes currency on all previous invoices

Very interactive with helper on standby in case I get stuck.

What do you dislike about Invoice Simple?

I need a copy of the invoice that is sent to my client. The client afirms receiving it but I don't have a copy.

What problems is Invoice Simple solving and how is that benefiting you?

I am able to get an incoice easily.

What do you like best about Invoice Simple?

I like that there are just enough features to allow me to create working invoices to send to customers.

What do you dislike about Invoice Simple?

I dislike that although there is a way to have multiple clients there isn't a way for a single person to invoice for multiple businesses with a single account.

What problems is Invoice Simple solving and how is that benefiting you?

Taking a non-existent invoicing system and turning it into a very organized simple system for each employee to be able to view.

Prices have been going up and up over…
Prices have been going up and up over the years! they started off at $3.50 a month now they want 2 subscriptions for $33 a month that's just crazy 🤪 that's more than Netflix.
I use another app now for free that's better! stay clear of this app.

Honest criticism
I think its very telling that you're recent reviews have all been negative compared to previous one of 2021/22 ect. The changes you're making has not been for the better.

Limiting the amount of invoices that can be sent per plan is ridiculous and inconvenient. I've seen many complaints about being charged twice and that has also happened to me.

I had no issue using this app before I happily paid my monthly about I believe it was £6.99 before. Now you've created x3 separate plans and the first two doesn't give me anything near the amount of service I previously was getting. So tell me this is your way to force people to purchase the larger subscription because that isn't right.

Please sort this out. If you have any morals at all as a company you'll realise what you're doing is wrong and you'd like to stand for something.

Worst custo.er service ever
After purchasing the plus plan found that it was insufficient and tried to upgrade but system tried to double charge.
When asked for assistance they SAID it wouldn't charge me it would only shorten my current plan however in order to upgrade I HAD TO AGREE TO THE 199. CHARGE which is 146.13 MORE THAN THE ANNUAL PLAN FOR PREMIUM.
so I have canceled account and will be seeking other services.
You would think a company would WANT you to remain a customer but they are more into getting money anyway they can.
Piss poor customer service.

Has become the worst app in history
Has become the worst app in history, prompts me to upgrade to premium when already paying premium, limiting my usage, has problems syncing between devices automatically have wasted hours trying to fix bug issues with no help from incompetent staff
hardly works when you need it the most
trying to rely on this for business is risky.
