- Facilidad y rapidez de Implementación y manejo.

- Proporciona datos muy utiles de todo lo que colecta.

- Tiene un modulo de manejo de licencias y vencimientos de las mismas que es excelente.

- Lo mejor que tiene la herramienta desde mi punto de vista: Entorno grafico simple e intuitivo, y muy amigable porque tiene formato de redes sociales.

InvGate insight provides a comprehensive and user friendly perspective of the IT assets. Its unified inventory platform to track all network connected IT asset, including physical, virtual and cloud assets is the best feature. InvGate also provide insights to better manage the supply chain for the organization.

It's inability to deploy application remotely and the lerning curve.

As a large company we were lacking the tool to manage all assets including physical and virtual. The InvGate insight provided comprehensive visibility of assets. As a inventory manager it made my work efficient.

The simplicity of it, anybode can just pick it up without much previous knowledge and navigate it just fine. But it has a lot a features for power users too. Others tools like it from other brands are way to complex for a standard user.

The fact that there's no a clear "learning path" or certification, I would like to be able to obtain training directly from the manufacturers and not relying on random youtube videos to learn it.

With InvGate Insights I can have full knowledge of what is available in my company, before Insight the onboarding procces of a new employee would be really difficult trying to track wich assets where available to us to assing to the new employee.

The ease of inventorying in three different ways; manually, by network discovery, and by agents (for Windows, linux mac and android).

The user interface and the learning curve in general, is easy.

The lack of remote software deployment and the need for third-party tools for remote software control.

I like real-time data analysis, data visualizations, personalized reports, task automation, and mainly security and privacy. It is important to bear in mind that preferences and experiences may vary according to the specific needs and objectives of each user. or company that uses it.

t may be a bit complex at first for the new user, it may also include a bit high cost, limited integration, also depends on internet access, When using in the cloud, there may be a concern about the privacy and security of stored data on third party servers

En mi experiencia, la herramienta resulta fácil de utilizar para el administrador, ya que proporciona herramientas y funcionalidades eficientes. Permite la obtención de datos de los equipos que se encuentran en el inventario, ofreciendo información relevante sobre los componentes de los mismos. Asimismo, posibilita la incorporación de nuevos elementos al inventario y facilita la administración de estos mediante una interfaz sencilla y rápida.

La implementación del software en los endpoints implica la obtención previa del archivo de instalación en cada dispositivo y la ejecución de un comando para llevar a cabo el proceso. Por lo tanto, resulta una tarea engorrosa llevar a cabo la instalación de forma individual en cada endpoint mediante la ejecución de comandos.

La herramienta proporciona un beneficio importante al permitir la gestión y administración de todos los inventarios de la empresa, incluyendo tanto los dispositivos tecnológicos como los muebles. Asimismo, brinda información detallada acerca de la composición de los equipos de la compañía. La integración de esta herramienta con Servicedesk permite gestionar cambios de objetos para las personas, generando una compatibilidad en cambios de usuarios e inmuebles de la empresa, lo que resulta fácil de manejar y agiliza el proceso de gestión de activos.

.Lo que mas me gusta es lo intuituva y facil de configurar que es la solucion, aprecio lo amigable que es la interfaz

La configuracion de automatizaciones porque en ocaciones las reglas a configurar no son totalmente claras

Que el manejo de inventarios es mas facil de administrar
