Often data held in CRM systems is out of date. We have, much like other firms, contacts that were entered in to CRM years ago. Often the user that entered the contact claims to be the owner, or best relationship, with that contact, event if they haven't communicated with them for years. Introhive gives you an accurate idea of who is liaising with which external contacts and organisations in real time. So it is perfect for meeting prep etc., or cross selling, as it allows you to reach out to colleagues who actually know the contacts well.
Scrapes Outlook emails and calendars like a dream. Best features: ranking contacts by the frequency of their interaction with your company -- and also showing you who in your company is in most frequent communication with each contact and company. Great customer service.
Would be a dream if the data could be easily imported into CRM software; that is not yet the case, so data entry is required to keep your CRM up to date. Data is sometimes out of date due to quirks with how Introhive cross-checks LinkedIn.

The team I'm supporting are all extremely happy with the tool. It eases the day-to-day strain of adding contacts and activities into Salesforce, and makes sure that they actually capture them. Also, Introhive has a great team behind them, our account manager is great and super proactive and the support teams are always extremely helpful!
Not necessarily a downside of Introhive itself, but it allows the team to be a little lazy at times. It's very easy for them to click click and add everything they've done to Salesforce, but sometimes they forget to curate what they are adding.. We are not interested in seeing the fact that they are emailing their dentist for example.
Historically our client-facing teams were terrible at recording information in salesforce manually, as a result we were missing vital information on what was happening within the accounts we were pursuing. (Which is no longer the case)
