The platform I would recommend for conducting the virtual events. They have the best up-to-date tools and are very user-friendly. The best thing I loved was the training to create our sponsor space. We can market our product in the best way.

I didn't find any tool worth disliking all the tools on the platform have been very useful.

Notified is a great platform for customer events and standalone workshops or webinars. we are connecting to developers, and the user experience is seamless. Our customers and Developers have been pretty engaged on this platform. User engagement is high and helps us network and build relationships with our end users.

Even for new users, the platform and user interface were simple. The platform is excellent and straightforward to use. Customer service is excellent. On this platform, the session recordings are the greatest.

Reduce login issues for attendees on the day of the event communication is required between various registration sites. If several bugs are fixed, it would operate more effectively.

Features such as training sessions are provided for the presenter before the event, making the event interactive. Instant supporting from project manager, customer service, IT support, especially while the event runs.

Communication between other registration platforms is needed to minimize login issues for attendees during the event day. Also, more features and flexibility should be prepared, such as graphics pixel size and web page wordings limitations.

Excellent project management team and customer service. Very dedicated to your event and always available. The live session techs take a lot of pressure off of the organization!

API issues with registration and the app

They have adapted to our needs (virtual posters, ways we set up sessions, etc.) Everyone we have worked with is timely in response and helpful.

The platform did not have virtual poster options so created a way for our presenters to create "booths" to display their work.

The platform was great for our two-day speaker series. It provided us all our needs to make the event as interactive as possible since it was 100% virtual. Our attendees loved the breakout sessions and the gamification.

There are some modernization opportunities for the platform. More interactive capabilities, mobile view and/or app, more complex games, and layout options for pages.

None at the moment. When we worked with Notified for our event, Kurt, Alex and their tech team were phenomenal in providing support and troubleshooting. They were always on hand to answer last minute questions and provide white glove service.
