What do you like best about InTouch CRM?

Intouch CRM is one of the best tool i have ever used. It is basically the aitomated tool which provide you the automated services regarding CRM related to your smal and large business. Moreover, the name of the tool is the assurance that you will be in touch with your customer audience. My business didn't responding much good before using this tool but know I am happy because I am leading my business targets by using this easiest tool. It is not wrong I say that its not a tool its a helper which helps you to make stronger your relationship with consumers. It has very nice and easy interface along with the many customization options.

What do you dislike about InTouch CRM?

Sometimes the tool gets stuck until you restart your device but I don't know why why this gonna happen it will makes you frustrated but this happens very rarley So, it is bearable.

What problems is InTouch CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

Over all i am happy with the tool even i am still using this tool for my business and i recommend you all

it's really a nice tool to use for your business i assure you will gonna like this tool. May someone else

What do you like best about InTouch CRM?

This CRM keeps me literally "In touch" with my clients every month, holidays, birthdays, anniversaries, etc with just a quick click. I love how easy it is to set up groups so I can tag certain clients so they receive the appropriate email.

What do you dislike about InTouch CRM?

I have a hard time with the program when I use my MAC, whichI use 98% of the time. It does freeze up a bit when I use the MAC and I have to shut down and start over. It is a little frustrating.

Recommendations to others considering InTouch CRM:

I highly recommend this software if you are looking for something easy to use.

What problems is InTouch CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

InTouch helps me stay in touch with clients through setting up groups then campaigns. I do not have to think to send pertinent info it does it all for me. It also reminds me to call my clients which I find helpful as well.

What do you like best about InTouch CRM?

I love that I can set up groups and campaigns attached to each group. I can market for up to a year in less than 10 minutes. I also love the reminders that alerted to daily. I like how I can add members to the same family and add birthdays and anniversaries.

What do you dislike about InTouch CRM?

I sometimes have issues when I use my MAC it freezes up. When I use my desk top I do not have this issue.

Recommendations to others considering InTouch CRM:

If you are looking for a CRM that is easy and efficient I highly recommend InTouch CRM. It makes keeping in touch with your clients so efficient.

What problems is InTouch CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

I reach out to my clients and prospects on a consistent basis. I am solving the issue of keeping in touch with prospects and clients . I wouldn't have time to call or send individual emails. This CRM does it all for me.

What do you like best about InTouch CRM?

We are looking for a tool that has the best marketing features available like auto-mail, SMS, notifications, Theme based updates, etc., and our team of sales and marketing should track the communications made so far with the customers for the best proposal of our products. InTouch CRM has equipped with such features, and all the communications can be easily tracked with the system pertaining to the customers. Users can add the customer details and the products they needed and design automatically proposed the notifications at the scheduled time. The schedule can be customizable and as per the business requirements. Its intereconnectibity with salesforce, lead autmation and social media integration for 360 degree customer orientation.

What do you dislike about InTouch CRM?

The data entry field is somehow very long, and attributes are also very high. The user is not able to delete the data box he is not used to but only can inactive the same. On the dashboard, it shows the display as Inactive, and for the entries, the user needs to scroll down the screen to find the exact entry where he has to make it. The support system can also be equipped with Ticket System so that all the issues can be store together and can be tracked easily. Mobile version is not set as per the screen, and there is sometime sync issue faced in social media integration.

Recommendations to others considering InTouch CRM:

For managing marketing tools like auto-notifications, emails, customization themes, etc., and interrelated the CRM database with it, this tool is the best choice.

What problems is InTouch CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have a massive database of customers, and we need regular marketing emails and notifications required to be sent to every customer for the latest deals and offers. Our staff should be aware of the purchases made by the client so that accordingly the deal can be suggested. The customization mail is also our primary requirement which should be connected with the official theme of the mail. This CRM tool can create notifications and emails as per the user requirement and can be sent to the requisite customer based on purchase history.

What do you like best about InTouch CRM?

Email campaigns that you can setup to stay in touch with your sphere of influence are awesome. I also am pleased with the ability to post listings (mine or other agents in my office) directly to social media before hosting open houses. Keeping Blogs active on my website is also great.

Ability to set up Mail campaigns and customize them, eddm option, connection Market Leader are all great features.

What do you dislike about InTouch CRM?

Lack of link between MLS contacts and in-Touch database contacts. would be nice to keep them in-sync. Contact import process is very slow, should be much faster

What problems is InTouch CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

The main function of in-Touch for me is to keep in constant contact with my Sphere of influence. Holiday email campaigns, market updates, anniversary and birthdays greetings, follow-ups with former and recent clients are so much easier with in-Touch.

What do you like best about InTouch CRM?

The ability to track, maintain and see my business relationships in one place. I can create contacts, send and track emails, and mark follow-ups for different activities.

What do you dislike about InTouch CRM?

System interface can be tricky and not very easy/user-friendly. Just learn the system before using it. Less busy and cleaner interface would make things easier, but not a show stopper.

What problems is InTouch CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use the software to remind me to make calls, send emails, and track specific conversations with my clients. Being organized allows me to focus on growing business and having a reminder for tasks that are due.

What do you like best about InTouch CRM?

I love how this does not involve any coding. This is an unique software that has a lot of out of the box functionalities that are inbuilt in the system. The programs are very easy to use and visual friendly for someone who is new the this type of software.

What do you dislike about InTouch CRM?

It is tough to come up with my dislikes for this product. I do have certain recommendations to make the software better, though. Maybe incorporating more beginner-friendly tutorial videos will help the customers.

What problems is InTouch CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

Any type of search engine, all I have to do is type it on InTouch CRM and the job is taken care for you. It is simple product that anyone can use.

What do you like best about InTouch CRM?

I like how it is GDPR compliant because it is also compliant with the CCPA of the United States Privacy Law. I also like how it offers a flexible CRM system to help me track the organization according to its size. I don't have to automate a large amount and length of my data manually.

What do you dislike about InTouch CRM?

I don't like how little the limited use of Basic and Intermediate plans are set up. Only the advanced and Bespoke level plans have unlimited contacts entries allowed.
