PROS: One of the best features is the layout. It's so comprehensive that you can use it right away.
CONS: I still need time to discover anything that I dislike about the product. So far, it makes things easy to deal with in the office.
PROS: One of the most useful features that we use daily is the reporting tab. It gives us a clear idea of our clients' things mainly seeking from their health partners, including costs of treatments and laboratory fees.
CONS: They put too much focus on treatment plans, which is not bad at all. But they should also aim to improve their billing side to help partners like us earn a steady stream of revenue.
PROS: I have never seen a platform that's meant to make our practice more efficient. That is why I was surprised to find out that Intergy has existed for years. I decided to give it a try to see if it's compatible with our practice. Surprisingly I heard a lot of great feedback during the first three days that we had it installed. First, its user interface is well structured, meaning all the things you need for your work are perfectly aligned, and the upper part of the screen, so you do not need to spend so much time learning the basics. Thanks to Intergy because we could fix our records and collect a big chunk of money that our clients owe us. A also like the fact that we were able to develop better looking and easy to understand invoices, which reduced customer complaints and better handling of disputes.
CONS: We recently have some major issues when it comes to fixing each account's due dates and making sure that it is accurately showing on the platform once you pull up their records. Clients get angry when they receive reminders, even if they already settled their dues way in advance. There are also some instances where payments aren't posted close to real-time. So we have no choice but to trace where the payment went and reconcile our files accordingly, which can be cumbersome for the staff. I also hope that they could create a specific area or tab where we can write down notes or reminders so we won't have to spend too much time looking for it in other tabs.
PROS: We were using a similar app before, but I personally prefer Intergy because it's more user-friendly and richer in features. I enjoy customizing the application, which makes it very convenient on my end.
CONS: It would be great if we could upload the cost of the products that we are currently selling. So clients would know how much they need to spend in advance.
PROS: The best tool that was ever invented to manage our medical practice in so many aspects.
CONS: We want to learn more about how presents work. Hopefully, we could get an answer to this particular query.
The Practice Analytics reporting system provides us meaningful information about our clients' cash flow.
Enterprise system is more geared towards a large multi-specialty group and not as much a billing company.
MIPS reporting. We have been able to receive MIPS incentives through using Intergy and its reporting.
What are the best aspects of this product?
Everybody on the team is pleased with Intergy. There's no need for hours of training to learn how to use it. We were able to figure it out pretty much on our own.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
We can not use it on our phones. So far, I don't think that they have this option.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Communication from doctor to patient is done faster and more conveniently, which works for both parties.

PROS: We are now transitioning into a paperless work environment. We are slowly getting rid of old charts and paper works, and Intergy plays a huge role in making this happen.
CONS: I don't recommend using it on tablets because it can be challenging to do much work.
