They have a good team who understand needs very quickly and they are very fast in implementing.

There is nothing as such of dislike but very platform have their own limitations and opportunities. They have overcome most of the limitations.

I would suggest if you have few employees and still want to make more numbers of customers interact with company intedlliticks is the answer

They take customer service seriously ensuring great response time. I always receive response within few mins and account management is right upto my expectations

There isn't anything. They always manage to get things done. I haven't experience any technical or non technical issues with them. Started working in May 2019 and within no time our chat bot was live.
