I have been fortunate to implement IntelliHR into the organisations I have worked on two occasions. My dealings with IntelliHR are professional and the implementation is seamless. The best aspect of IntelliHR is how intuitive it is to use and its functionality. I am delighted that IntelliHR keeps getting better and better each time. I have never been associated with a software company with such exceptional customer service and focus on the end-user experience.
I would love to get more video tutorials for IntelliHR. The team are great - especially Alex - and always available to take you through elements of the system, but it is good to have video tutorials to reference for later.
IntelliHR has been successful in providing our Company with a centralised people database which we use across three separate entities. It provides us with real time analytics and real time organisation chart. Our Managers love the manager log functionality and the ability to electronically approve contracts.

They are always quick to respond and are very knowledgeable about the platform, especially our Customer Success Manager Jayden Leming was always there to help tailor our business's needs into the platform.
Overall, I highly recommend intelliHR for any company looking for a comprehensive, user-friendly HR solution. It has been a game-changer for our HR department and has greatly improved our efficiency and productivity.
The only downside I've encountered have been a few limitations of functionality. However, everytime I've raised an issue, it has been met with a promising answer. The intelliHR team are nearly always already working on the problem in the back end to improve the system. It's great to know they take on their customer's feedback and consistently implement new features into the platform.

IntelliHR is the best tool that tracks employee productivity and performance. It helps employers store and manage employee data in a centralised system. The software identifies the staff training needs and record skill assessments and employee metrics.
Integration issues with some third-party software solutions. It needs technical help to set up and maintain the management software. Cost-wise, it is a little higher side compared to peers.
