The platform seems very, very stable and moving around it seems far more straightforward than other virtual event platforms I've experienced.

Nothing yet... what I look for is an obvious flow, so that a platform is straightforward for an end user who isn't technically savvy. The platform is easy to use and very quick to respond when navigating removing the uncertainty of the experience.

So far I haven't worked in the platform myself, but as an end user experiencing it for the first time looks great and responds really well.

We've used the platform on a number of occasions and are consistently blown away by how user friendly and simple it is to host events on the platform.

Genuinely there isn't anything to dislike - it does exactly what its set outs to do.

We host between 70-80 physical events pre restrictions - we used a number of digital platforms like Zoom & Hopin - but we found them really limiting in terms of audience participation and engagement. Intelligo offered us the flexibility to have more meaningful engagement on virtual events.

We used both The Virtual Venue and Intelligo for two events in January and also used Intelligo with an alternative studio option. They were able to work seamlessly on both occasions and the team were always able to go above and beyond to make sure our clients event looked clean and professional. The team were all friendly and approachable and looked after our client brilliantly.

They were also quick to adapt to change and overcome issues, we really felt we were one team working together instead of a divide between client, agency and production.

It is hard to fault the team however I would say that on occasion it felt like the team were stretched thinly and unable to reply to questions as quickly as they would usually. However I do think that is the nature of the beast at the moment with virtual events really taking off and teams being busy with deadlines for many events.

The obvious problem solving is being able to take our usual events from Live to virtual. As an agency that has not worked on virtual events until last year we have had to learn quickly to be able to advise our clients on the right solutions. Intelligo and the team helped us to understand the process quickly and no question was too 'silly' for them. They understand that it is a new way of running events for many people and are able to guide you through the process at every stage.

I like that you can easily access participants' profiles and directly message them to connect. I also really appreciate the HQ of the video stream and graphics.

I don't like how you can't access multiple tabs at the same time within the platform For example, you cannot access the Agenda while also watching a Stage.

I'm new to the conference subject, so I'm benefitting from a lot of new information.
