Contract comparison tool and e-signature tool.
Not much to dislike about IntelAgree! It is a great product.
IntelAgree is allowing us to consolodate different services/features into one product and streamline the contract process. We have saved a lot of valuable time by using IntelAgree.
During the selction process with the sales exec, onboarding with the implementation team, it was a great interaction the entire time. Very hands on and available for questions the entire time. Especially like the AI capabilities that aid in the contract review process and searching through existing contracts in the system.
Due to be a newer company, not many third parties are familiar with the product.
Getting away from reliance on email and having a related drafts and communications in one location. Moving away from a paper process and speeding up turn around time for contract review and execution. Improving the contract workflow and visibility of contract status.

There is nothing much to dislike about interagree as in saves team time and provide more bandwith to each individual for taking up more tasks and finishing them before deadline
Their are many benefits of using intelagree first it enables a smarter working environment for the team and secondly it saves a lot of bandwidth which can be utilized in other tasks
IntelAgree helped our company move from a manual and cumbersome contract process to a fully automated process and cloud-managed system. By using IntelAgree, we are now able to house all our contracts in one place, and better track contract statuses and progress, while also integrating IntelAgree with our applicant tracking system, Bullhorn, to bring visibility to our sales staff. The best part of IntelAgree is the integration, and that it's powered by AI, unlocking analytics and insights that we were never able to track before.
The only thing you will have to prepare for when moving to IntelAgree is a new process, and working through the kinks that come with adopting a new procedure. With that said, there is nothing we dislike about IntelAgree.
If you're company is a Bullhorn user, and you are currently deciding if you should choose IntelAgree as your contract management system, look no further! Our users love the ease of the system and the fact that they can access everything in Bullhorn or by logging into IntelAgree directly.
The implementation of the system is not easy if you're coming from a manual process like we did, but the IntelAgree implementation team makes it as seamless as possible. Post-Implementation, they've continued to do an excellent job supporting us, and we look forward to continuing to partner with them.
Before IntelAgree, we housed our contracts locally. The system we had in place did not allow us to view or access contracts easily, nor did we have a streamlined process for signing contracts. The process was manual and cumbersome. IntelAgree has completely flipped the switch for us. All our staff can now access and manage their contracts in one centralized location as needed. Most importantly, our process is now streamlined from contract creation, to redlining, to signing since we can do it all directly through IntelAgree.
I like the ease of use of IntelAgree and the enhancement of features that continue to be provided to us. It is a great tool to help the incoming and outgoing process of Contracts stay organized.
I think it could be a more advanced tool, but I believe that will come over time.
It has helped better our Contracts review and execution process having everything in one place and the ease of use with the tool.
The system is user-friendly and the entire IntelAgree staff is wonderful to work with. They take all of your considerations into account and will implement them sometimes.
I would like it if we could provide users with contract-specific permissions instead of by Organization
Our company is able to keep track of expiration dates, which allows us to re-review specific attributes, such as pricing, which saves our company money. There is a Compare Feature offered when an agreement is uploaded to the original contract which helps tell if there are any discrepancies that could be a risk to our company.
I think what has been the shining star here is the IntelAgree staff and support that helped us work through our various internal processes since our contracts are different depending on the market changes in staffing healthcare. Even prior to the pandemic our business moves fast with the changes, but during the pandemic, it was ever busier and we had to be nimble in our contract efforts. IntelAgree worked alongside us to help navigate the landscape to tailor our needs to the challenges we faced. IntelAgree provided our team with responsiveness and understanding throughout our onboarding. The ability of the software to recognize the items we need to track is useful not only to the Contracts/Legal team for compliance and tracking but to other teams that also use this information to make business decisions.
I feel the problem mostly lies with how our Company needed to change according to the needs of the market and as such, we have had to re-process many of the Attributes on our side. IntelAgree has done as much as they could to retrain our new Attributes and assist in every way possible. In addition, since we are not an out-of-the-box customer, our needs were challenging and IntelAgree continues to support our need for variances.
When thinking about a Contract Lifecycle Tool, think about how tracking stakeholder approvals is beneficial and what growth you may expect from your company, and if your tool can grow with you. Is finding specific critical contract terminology important to you? Would you like a tool that tracks those details for you, effortlessly. It takes a bit to get set up as you discover exactly what your specific company needs may be, and this piece may change, but once that is achieved the tracking is managed for you. Again, the IntelAgree support team is one of the best vendors I have ever worked with on a project!
IntelAgree has helped us track items for review, discussion, approval all in one place, as well as store our contracts. We used to piecemeal items for review and approval to stakeholders via email and had no ability to confine or store the chain of compliance in one place for reporting. This is a tool that captures all of the business decisions along with the contract for future reference and review. The contracts team has been able to search for information speedily and link stakeholders to the actual verbiage or agreement.
Best-in-class technology coupled with exceptional customer service. A lifesaver for in-house counsel seeking to be more efficient in drafting/reviewing agreements with time-saving search capabilities. Pricing is far more reasonably than many of the bigger players in the contract management space and with Intelagree, you get personalized attention.
They are a relatively new player in the contract management space so early on we worked side by side with them to customize areas fro our plafform that distinguished them from others in the market. Their development and customer service team are tremendous to work with and and timely respond to their clients needs.
