Very easy to use, the development is really fast and awesome... Also the team is responsive, so all the ideas, feature, even problem got solved quickly.

I needed to send emails with attachments from AT. Just needed little adjustments and Vishnu saved the day. He was straight to the point and helped greatly. The whole thing took no more than 10 min. Thank you, Vishnu.

Too early to tell, need more time to use it...

Sending emails from newly (or updated) created records, especially with attachments. This saves me time because I don't have to download the actual file from the database and then uploaded to the email application. Just set a condition in the record and let Integrately do it.

Integrately is helping me automate my Blog on social media. I am currently using Integrately to automate my post to Twitter (X) and it works very well and I can clone one automation and change the social media accounts. Very easy.

A very easy and intuitive platform that allows a ton of connections with multiple platforms. I use it to automate communication in a retail environment between the sales staff and the warehouse staff. I had a few questions regarding setup but the support team was excellent and guided me to setup a Shopify > Telegram integration that now keeps my team on the loop at all times. This will certainly be something that we will be using during all of our peak season days.

The amount of customization can be a bit intimidating at first but it's all in the name of its versatility. While this is not necessarily a downside, some users might find it slightly complicated at first to make more complex integrations.

They add new apps pretty often and they are apps that really work in conjunction. Most of the apps added I use a lot.

Some of the apps even though they are integrated into the software, don't have the necessary triggers to do a lot. This is something that they can improve on.

I have been able to create workflows between the apps that I use the most. It's pretty much like zapier. Say you want to send somebody an email when an action is taken inside an app, you connect that app with gmail.

Vishnu Jiji was very helpful and was able to resolve technical issues.

When mapping the fields. End users like to use their local mobile numbers. It doesn't pick this up and convert it to an international number. It requires custom field mapping which can be overwhelming to complete.
