The GDPR-compliant platform has assisted us in centralising demand channels and data sources which has increased conversions. Its user-friendly interface makes it simple to upload assets, domain lists suppressions and more right into the source. The real time measurement and reporting features are simply outstanding, providing us with useful insights to optimise our budget spend.
Over the previous few years the Integrate platform has undergone numerous modifications. The capability to update several sources simultaneously is one area that could still use improvement. When you have to change the same thing in dozens of sources it might get tiresome.
The platform has also enhanced our data hygiene and made sure we only get high quality correct leads. Integrate DAP has been a huge help to our company, streamlining our operations and enabling us to concentrate on what really counts expanding our business.
I like that the Integrate Demand Acceleration Platform allows us to work side by side with prospects instead of only marketing at them! We can identify who exactly is in the market and may need guidance in choosing in our product category.
There really isnt a downside, but we did find that when there are lulls in the year/ market, we are still paying for services and not as many leads delivered.
It helped our team re-organize our focus on high-profile accounts and challenge our previous strategy with solid insights into our cross-selling channels.
With the Integrate platform we are able to take in leads at scale with automation. No longer do we need to manually handle lead lists. In addition, Integrate can dynamically keep up to date our exclusion or inclusion lists and save us time in rejecting bad leads from certain vendors. Finally, the ability to ensure the data quality is consistent in its format ensures that we have good data going in.
I can see the closed-loop feedback mechanism being slightly improved to identify better how specific vendor lead programs impact ROI down the funnel with signals from multiple CRMs.

The best part about Integrate is the smooth and efficient validation process which helps filter out all invalid leads.
The creation of sources, variety of filters available, agility, integration with different platforms and upload process is all well structured which helps to minimise a lot of efforts and gives good user experience!
Reporting could be more user friendly. Setting up reporting and modifying reports is very time consuming and it's not very easy to do.
Easy integration with vendors like content syndication, Marketo and LinkedIn which helps upload leads easily
Validation process helps filter out all invalid leads.
Variety of filters Available to support all requirements
I have used Integrate and other competitor platforms for lead flow management and integrations and have always found Integrate to be the best. First, they make the platform very user-friendly. Second, they have all the items needed to set up a complete campaign to share with a vendor in a GDPR-compliant manner. I like love that you can upload assets, domain lists, suppressions, etc., right into the source. I also am now diving into the insights and reporting features they have launched and love it. It's another data source to keep a pulse on my campaigns. In comparison to Convertr or a manual upload, it is by far the best.
I don't have many dislikes to share but more 'wishes' for the platform. For example, you can set up a campaign with an individual source, or you can have a campaign with various sources. I wish there were one extra layer to the setup/hierarchy of it.
Lastly, the platform does have a LOT of data and integrates with so many other platforms, so sometimes, the webpage takes a minute to load. And, sometimes freezes, but nothing too difficult or long.
Integrate is our primary Lead Flow Management platform.
I am also able to report on ABM Lists to roll up to other stakeholders.
The team at Integrate fully trained us on their platform and explained the rationale behind everything you need to do for the system to be successful. The Integrate team also provides extensive documentation for reference.
Love working with the Integrate team and their platform. I don't have any dislikes to note.
Merging data into Marketo for use in Salesforce. The seamless process works exceptionally well once you set up a program outlining all the necessary parameters.

Better insights
I loved the simplicity of the platform when it came to applying lead gen filters to a program.
I disliked the complication of setting up integrations through client CRMs.
Integrate has allowed for a smooth lead generation process to us and our clients. It is benefiting my team by allowing us to spend more time on other campaign related processes once integrate is set up.
The biggest benefit of using the Integrate platform for my role is that I do not have to worry about manually importing lists and standardizing lead data. The Integrate platform does the work for me which saves a tremendous amount of time.
Fortunately, there have been many improvements to the Integrate platform over the past few years. One thing that could still be improved is the ability to update multiple sources at once. It can be tedious when you need to make the same edit to dozens of sources.
Integrate is solving the problem of having to manually import leads into Marketo, standardizing lead data, and ensuring leads meet campaign qualifications before entering Marketo. This saves a tremendous amount of time for MOps.

It just solves all the problems of content syndication, enrichment, events. Additionally, we can have the integrations in the way we want.
The only thing I would like to see within the product is to carry forward the unused records instead of renewing and just leaving the unused records.
We use it to push content-syndicated leads from our vendors to our downstream systems. We have automated that process using Integrate and also have placed checks, in order to qualify leads for our downstream applications.
