I registered, downloaded the app...and the first thing I see in my trial version is the amount of adverts that I cannot get through!! I deleted the tool as it is absolutely unprofessional.

SCAM! Stay away.. No response, I'm using trial and no contact from their support for the error...

This is basically a SCAM! They take money and nothing works.

Like many others said, STAY AWAY. Nothing on their website works, customer support is non existent...

Like many others, if I could give no stars, I would. I am always leery and hesitant to do anything that is going to "buy" likes/follows and initially pushed back on a client's request, but then relented. The homepage made it seem easy and seamless and like their had their poop in a pile to make sure my client wasn't going to get banned. The options were clear, too. $15/mo for automated likes/follows. $10/mo for direct DM management. Not bad! Then you sign up and pay your initial $15 or whatever and it says you have no money applied and you have to "buy days" to continue. WTH does that mean? Didn't I just pay for 30 days? I thought maybe I had clicked the wrong thing because the options on the "dashboard" were completely different than on their home/landing/sell page. And I thought, maybe they're in a transition. But as the days went on (and I only did this for about 2 weeks total) I realized it was a scam. Everything they "automate" actually just makes you go to each individual IG page and follow them yourself and hope that person follows you back. I can do that myself and have it be more targeted. Then there is the app... Apparently, it does do the automated stuff it says it does, but only if you use the app. I went to install the app, and it needed full and complete control over my phone. I'm not one who has a lot of hesitations about installing things, but this made me UNCOMFORTABLE. I backed out thinking there HAD to be ANOTHER WAY! Nope, so I installed it and found that you had to keep Instagram open and your phone couldn't sleep and then it would do it's thing, which for me was nothing. To top it off, I made a call and received a call and both times shortly after the call connecting it sounded like someone else was dialing and/or on the line. I immediately removed the app and it hasn't happened since (I've also now run virus scanners on my phone just to be safe). This product is a total rip-off and you'd be better off doing the legwork on your own!

Instavast is a piece of garbage. They said that you can try it for $2 for 3 days.. Nothing happened.. LIKE NOTHING! So I had to contact their support team and they said that Instagram changed their algorithms and the can't give a refund.. They are literally doing false advertising. This is so ridiculous.

I would like to give ZERO stars but one is the minimum. Before signing up I actually bought one he of VPN service just to use for this service . Go to the home page very nicely set up and designed . That’s how I got fooled . Tells you about ALL the different options they have , adjust speed , follow unfollow, view story’s , dm’s , auto likes , hashtag targeting , etc etc etc . I used this service years ago and was happy at the time with their products . This time however signed up . Can’t do much till you pay . Paid for 30 days promotion . Go to dash board . NO DASHBOARD. Just a GIANT AD FOR THEIR GOOGLE PLAY APP . I AM ON APPLE IPAD . started looking and looking and looking everywhere on the website for what this is . Links different pages different sections of the home site home page etc . Finally found one single tiny reference buried deep deep about the app being for android , hidden in a place where literally NO ONE would ever see it . Then I notice there is another options and another dashboard that doesn’t seem to be blocked called manual dashboard. I have PAY MORE MONEY NOW . I DID . Something was weird . There was no activity still on my Instagram. Kept showing me all these likes it was apparently doing but I checked and according to my Instagram NON f these likes and been made . It turns out the second option I had just paid more money for was just suggesting who to like , as I go to their page yourself and manually like YOURSELF . WHO PAYS A COMPANY TO DO THINGS THEMSELVES ? Then I read further apparently if you use alps top you don’t need to use the google play ANDROID ONLY app . So I go on a laptop and install their proxy . Proxy doesn’t even open . Go ahead and sign in on laptop and the google play app is STILL THE ENTIRE DASHBOARD SCREEN, So....NO DASHBOARD ! ! I emailed them in total 15 times now over3 days . ZERO RESPONSE , NO RESPONSE , NO CUSTOMER SERVICE , NO SUPPORT . THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY . YOU WILL NEVER HEAR FEOM THEM . SCAM . SCAAAAMM ! ! ! STAY AWAY ! Better off burning your money with a lighter . At least you won’t waste a entire day of your life on something that will not and can NOT work , not to mention all the unbelievable frustration you will save .

this is the baddest service i ever used, when i did the trial period the bot was working well, since i paid the monthly plan the bot stopped to work, i wrote to support and never had an answer! this service is fraud!!!!!!! dont buy it!!!

The platform doesn't work. I sent four messages to the support and they never replied.
