The support is really quick at getting back to me to answer any queries, and there are plenty of help documents to guide you through the process.

The UX is simple and easy to navigate.

The analytics are a bit off sometimes, usually just slow to update.

If I clear my cache or use a private browser I can then see the updated statistics I'm looking for.

I'm able to send emails at scale and have them delivered direct to prospect inboxes, which means we (myself and my clients) are able grow our businesses faster.

Some settings were not easy to find during the initial setup, but the documentation and excellent support made up for this.

Instantly is hands down the highest ROI tool I have used in my entire career. I've spent years and tens of thousands of dollars trying all sorts of CRMs, tools, apps, plugins, etc to do what Instantly makes magically effortless. If you're in B2B, this is a must have tool.

Scaling sends is simple as long as you have leads and sending accounts.

Even if you have a bad offer and suck at sales, you can fall into massive growth by following the case studies and guides they provide and being consistent about sending.

Their customer support is top notch, I've messaged them at all hours of the day and typically get a response within a few minutes.

I use Instantly every single day. At peak volume, I was sending 20,000 cold emails a day. Took a while to set up the infra but it was well worth it.

It can plug into my other tools, though I wish there were more native integrations and CRM/customer base syncing out of the box.

Even with a few small nits, this is my best kept secret and the cornerstone of my business growth in the last year.

Email account setup is the hardest part of setting up and scaling on Instantly. It's not really their fault, but it's definitely something that would be made easier if they could somehow provision new accounts for you, with all of the required elements (MX, SPF, DMARC, etc) done for you.

Besides this, this is an unbeatable tool and an incredible price.

Instantly is one of the easiest email marketing softwares I have used yet. They have great customer support as well which is helpful incase you need anything. I would reccomend them to any startup and/or business trying to increase their cold email outreach.

Nothing I don't really like, the main thing I wish they would implement would be a way to organize multilpe email accounts/domains as well as mulitple workspaces esp if you are an agency.

Im able to test multiple campaigns and send thousands of emails to my target market all in one place

I currently have 6 emails with them, 3 of them are getting good results, the other 3 are not but it's because of my fault and the configuration of my domain. With the help of their team I'm trying to solve it. They reply fast and the platform is intuitive.

One time one of the agents was not too helpful, and then I opened another case with another agent, and the problem was solved. That's it.

Super easy to understand and use, really solid educational resouces, and their support team has been super helpful through any minor hiccups that have occured.

I wish there were more options for pricing/features included in different plans, like some sort of middle option. But I can understand the two different audiences their targetting .

They just make it very easy for anyone to use their software.
