We use this software daily to diagnose and repair customer's computers. It is easy to set up on customer's machines, offers all the functionality we need and most importantly, works when we need it. Product support is great.
I really can't think of any that we don't like about Instant Housecall.
Makes remote computer repair a breeze.
Ease of use. Unattended access. I Have never experienced an outage of service.

Second, it offers lots of useful tools that are built in for the technician.
The company listen to requests and Applies them if the demand is there. In addition, it is very easy to get a hold of customer service.

I'd like per use pricing rather than flat pricing. For months I don't use it as much ,it would be awesome to pay less. It's still cheaper than anything I've compared it to.

They are alternative to other tools like teams and others. It's handy, no pre installation required. It gives ultimate in privacy to the clients even after session ended.
The product support is what keeps me paying year after year. The software is full-featured and robust, very flexible and customizable, but, best of all, a quick reply to an email question and even a phone number to call when email delays don't cut it.
Wish it was a bit cheaper, but, with the built-in malware tools from D7 and the customizable installer to give to your customers make it better than most.

Ease of use, for the tech and the client -- especially initial setup. Responsive and has all the features I need, plus many more. And great support, on those rare occasions when it's needed.
I have no need for the D7 diagnostic program that is included with the product.
If you have trouble talking a remote user through setting up a remote-support tool, Instant Housecall requires little explanation from you. You simply give the user your personalized URL, they enter it into their browser, and the install happens with very little intervention from the user. You can even send them an email with your personalized URL embedded, and they just click on it to install -- much easier than any other remote-support tool I've used.
More timely response to client requests / needs / problems. Unattended access feature also makes it possible for me to investigate and resolve problems while the client is fast asleep! I also appreciate the ability to show the client how to resolve a problem, by letting them "look over my shoulder" as I fix it.
