its a good payment gateway and user friendly interface. but support is very bad. and sometimes you can loose your money by using there gateway. as i paid a company through instamojo and the company didnt provide me service. i contacted instamojo but they are not able to solve the problem.

Just choose a different payment gateway, after using their service for 5+ years, The way they talk to their clients is pathetic to say the least, their service and people working for them, specially Karthik and Abhijit cannot even resolve a refund issue in 30 days, concerning behaviour. Advice everyone to use Stripe instead of Instamojo or any other indian payment gateway if possible. I think their staff just does not care if your business suffers. They keep changing their narrative and reply once a fortnight, making the client and business suffer, the issues do not get resolved in a month!! been 40 days, still waiting.

This is one of big fraud company

This platform is one of the worst and unreliable as well unsafe for selling digital products. There are many reasons to avoid this platform for digital product selling;1) - Your digital products are not SAFE on Instamojo because anyone can copy your digital product and sell on same Instamojo platform without your permission on very low rates and your revenue stop.2) - If you complain about copyright issue to Instamojo support team(JAKAS), they ask you lots of evidences. Even after your provide all the evidences however, this JAKAS don't take action against that users (Cheaters) who has copied your products and selling on Instamojo platform. The copyright issues is nothing for them, its just formalities and show-ups.3) - Your payment holds for unnecessary reasons.4) - There is no option for Foreign Transaction.5) - You have to deal with Instamojo's TEAM of JAKAS upon any issues like payments, copyrights or any technical issues.So my honest request to AVOID this Platform and go with another platform OR make your own eComm website and sell your digital products from there.

They will block our accounts without any prior information and claim us to pay more to return the amount to the customers. I felt it. Only unethical business. So please don't use INSTAMOJO.

I suggest everyone not to use their service. This organization is totally fraud. They will block your money without any notifications. If you have any queries they don't reply your mail in given time. They also mailed me that I'll receive the payout at the end of the day but its been more than two days I haven't received any amount in my account.
