Absolutely love that I can have things delivered to my office with just a few clicks. I first used Instacart when my boss was away and I couldn't get out to pick up some things we needed. Someone had mentioned Instacart so I decided to check it out. I ordered everything I needed and the communication with my shopper was fantastic! I got everything I needed plus some things I didn't really need (like snacks!). This is a very convenient service and I now use it regularly!

Sometimes the fees can be a bit high but there are usually promo codes that help a lot.

It's all about saving time. This service allows me to have things delivered to my office or home so that I don't have to waste time in the crowded stores! We get everything we need delivered right to our door and very promptly!

I like that you can order from instacart and someone could go to your local grocery store and deliver the groceries that you ordered. For my mother's birthday last month th h , I ordered a cake using instacart at the last minute. The d wet livery person really came through for me.

It doesn't ways have everything that I need. Some of alternates that they ask you to choose after you order your groceries are not good. There was one time that half of my cart was the alternates that I chose.

I live too far away and it is not possible to carry alot of groceries. I could do a big grocery shopping trip with instacart. I also don't have the time to grocery shop.

Not much to dislike, the platform and the app are really user friendly and if you need support, their customer service is quick to answer.

In a society that is getting busier again post-pandemic, Instacart has given me time and patience by not hassling me in a supermarket and the self-checkout counters trying to buy groceries for myself and others.

The experience is controlled by whoever shops for you, and sometimes there can be a lack of effort if the person buying your goods does not make a professional attempt to find everything.

The service is giving me time and patience back that I would have to deal with the stress and anxiety of going to supermarkets and the abundance of self-checkouts now because of staffing.
